We arrived and opened the door to the awesome smell of cleanliness!! And I loved that!! Perfect location! Loved that in the hot afternoon/evenings we could sit on the shaded deck and enjoy the bay water view. We even saw manatees swimming just off the dock. A quick walk to the amazing beach and the pool was an added bonus that I didn’t think we would use but ended up using it everyday. Location to the trolly stop was also super convenient. Check in was easy and simple. Owners were very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns. Overall I would highly recommend this rental. Hope to return someday soon!

Check-in was very easy. Kitchen was perfect with all the amenities. If I needed anything the staff was available. The view off the bay was spectacular. Especially for morning sunrises. The only things I didn’t like was it wasn’t as clean as I prefer, especially the floors. But if you wear slippers or socks you’ll be fine. Also, I didn’t notice a mildew or mothball smell while there, but from having my clothes in the closet I could smell it in my dirty clothes bag when I got home. But our stay was wonderful!

The amazing view

The condo has the most amazing views from every room! This is a great place to stay with family and friends. My wife and I had the best time her short walk to the beach and all the restaurants.I would recommend visiting!

Awesome time

Such a wonderful stay with in a great location! The place was super clean and everyone that was staying in the complex was very polite and nice. The beach was located such a short walk away and having a pool on the first floor of the complex was so convenient in every way especially since the waves on the beach were a little too strong for my 3 year old.

Perfect getaway

We stayed there in August. Perfect location where you can sit on the balcony and have morning coffee watching a sunrise on the bay. Walking distance to the beach. Condo is very well equipped, including beach necessitates.

Perfect Location

We loved this condo’s location with sunrise view from the balcony. Really comfy beds and beautiful decor. The condo is well stocked with beach supplies, towels and everything you need to feel at home. We will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect. It’s tucked away in a quiet area. But, just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The balcony has a beautiful view of the bay. It was great to have beach chairs available for use. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunrise water views in a newly renovated condo

The newly renovated condo looks just like the photos- great decor, nice kitchen appliances & televisions, excellent A/C & water pressure/temp, and great location. Great Location and Bay VIEW!

This rental is beautiful and well stocked. The view off the back deck is amazing and we loved sitting out there with a glass of wine watching the amazing boats in the bay! You simply cross the street and you are on the white sand beaches of Anna Maria island! This is an absolute ideal location! This condo has everything you need for cooking, going to the beach and your stay. Make sure you bring spices or buy spices - that is the one thing we forgot! Amazing week! The pool is heated and wonderful to swim in!

Great stay

The property is in a great location, on the water overlooking the inter coastal, and a few minutes from the best part of the beach if you ask us. Nice and clean, everything you need. Only issue was not being able to get in the property until precisely 3pm, don’t expect to get there early hoping it’s ready, you can’t physically get in. Otherwise, everything was great.

Water on both sides!

The building itself is older but this unit (5A) has been nicely updated. There are small issues; such as missing slats on the bedroom & livingroom blinds and thin walls. We could hear everyone walking around in the unit above us and also beside us because the floors/walls aren’t very well insulated and therefore all sounds carry. The unit sits right on the bay with the ocean directly across the street. There are lots of shopping and dining choices a short walk from the condo as well.

Worst Island Vacation

Had to leave the next day termites The description is very miss leading. Bad communication with owner, far from a chefs kitchen, Many thing wrong with this condo. Got refund from credit card company for condo fee and call you to get my $249.00 service fee refunded have not heard back from you yet. If not soon I will go Through my credit card for refund from you.

Beautiful condo!

Super clean, beds are very comfortable and great location!!! Only problem we had was getting into the condo. We arrived later in the evening (11:30 pm) and the code that given to us did not work. We tried several phone numbers that were listed and no one answered. Maybe I misread the part on who to call, but we FINALLY reached someone and she gave us a new code.

Anna Maria Island Shamer Summer Vacation

This was our second trip to AMI and we absolutely loved the location of this condo. The sunrise views from the balcony were amazing. The place was super clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely return and hopefully book this condo again in the future. Perfect Location

This is our second year staying at this complex, and we love this location as we can walk or trolley anywhere on AMI, and it is an easy walk to the beach. The bay view is so beautiful and relaxing. The pool is heated, so nice when visiting in early spring. The condo is well stocked with paper products, soaps, shampoo. However, other than coffee, if you plan to cook much, plan to purchase spices, etc - this wasn’t a problem for us as we ate out mostly. I couldn’t honestly give a 5 star rating as we were not pleased with the cleanliness of the condo this time. We were 45 minutes delayed entering the condo due to cleaning crew still in the unit. When we got in condo, it was not up to our typical standards. Let me say, it was nothing to prevent us from enjoying our stay, but the 4 people in our group spent about a half hour cleaning to feel comfortable with the level of cleanliness. When Terry reached out the following day, I did share this with him, and shortly after, a manager with cleaning crew arrived to the condo asking what could be done to make this right. I explained we had already cleaned, and just wanted to get on with enjoying our vacation. After further communication with Terry, he was apologetic and attributed this to being extra busy due to spring break, and he did go over and above to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. Again, you can’t go wrong with this location.
