Hurricane Update:
The condo is built on pillars more than 20ft. off the ground and sustained no damage. The beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic. 
We are accepting guests. 
The owner has stayed onsite and made the following improvements post hurricane:
Upstairs:
-Replaced the porch fan (light was not working)
- Replaced the living room fan damaged by one of the summer rains prior to the roof replacement
- We wet vacuumed/scrubbed the tile floors including the lanai
 -We left our Hoover floor cleaner machine, I put our unit number on it.
- We washed all the windows, sashes, screens, outdoor trim
- Washed the kitchen cabinets and renewed them
- Wiped down baseboard and doors in several areas (behind bathroom doors, toilet, stool/shoe rack)
- Wiped inside and outside of the front door- this was very dirty and scuffed.
- Large patio door threshold  were very dirty (need to be vacuumed and wiped routinely) and trim around the windows was very dirty and scuffed- needed extra attention on the inside. (Bottom area from hitting either cleaning equipment like vacuum)
- Have a new panini maker for guests (the previous one did)
- Placed a new welcome mat outside the front door
- Have a new carpet runner inside the front hall.
-We do not expect the elevator to be operational until September 2025.

You’ll notice dolphins, or even a gentle manatee surfacing for a breath of air in the shadows of twilight. You’ll watch waves sparkle like amethyst crystals at sunset. You’ll breathe the faint fragrance of night-blooming jasmine that rises just after dusk. And then you’ll know this is the rest and relaxation you’ve been seeking. THIS is Bradenton Beach Club Bliss.

Dining/Living/Kitchen/Screened-in Lanai Balcony:
This top floor 3bd/2ba Bradenton Beach condo has a warm, inviting and comfortable coastal decor. The open concept kitchen/living/dining area is a gathering space that promotes family meals and shared time together.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and electric stove/oven. The granite breakfast bar has seating for three. A glass-top formal dining table offers seating for six..

The living room has a comfortable sofa, loveseat and armchair nicely arranged around a coffee table and entertainment center with an Apple TV. Sliding glass doors from the living room open right out to the screened in lanai/balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard treetops. This lanai has a sitting area and dining table with four chairs, ideal for alfresco dining.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
This luxurious second-story island condo has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a bonus den with bunk beds. The primary has a king-size bed, closet, large bureau with mirror, and ensuite full bath with walk in shower and double sink vanity.
Bedroom #2 has one queen-size bed, a closet, a bureau and ensuite full bath with shower/tub combo. The bonus den has bunk beds, twin over full, as well as a bureau. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and television. Both bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers, necessary toiletries and plus, high quality bath towels.
