Anna's Cottage, located at 105 3rd Street South in Bradenton Beach is a historic beach cottage located across the street from the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This beach cottage features a large screened in patio in the backyard with a gas BBQ grill and outside table. It’s a wonderful Bradenton Beach vacation retreat! You are just a few blocks from the heart of Bradenton Beach, with trolley stops close by. Bring your four legged family member, Annas Cottage is now dog friendly!

The living room features a 42" flat screen television with DVD player. There is a 32" bedroom television as well.
This three bedroom, two bath cottage will sleep eight with one queen size bed; one double bed and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.

Anna’s Cottage is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Wonderful beachhouse

Have been coming to AMI since 1959. Spent every summer at Atlantic Beach with my family. Stayed at Annas Cottage with my spouse , brother and his wife. Love it. Only thing missing was a full length mirror to check outfits.

The house lacked a supply of toilet paper, which was an annoyance.
