Dix-Sea-land Delight: Close to beach, private pool, quiet street

This 3 bed 3.5 bath Bradenton Beach Oasis will send you straight to relaxation town with its modern and well-appointed setting. It is nestled away on a quiet street just off of Gulf Drive and a few minutes walk to the white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Located within walking distance to the many shops and restaurants in Bradenton Beach, this home will give you everything you want in an island escape, while still allowing you the luxuries that you would hope for on a tropical vacation. Featuring a private, heated, pool and outdoor dining area, it will be hard to beat!

As you retire for the evening, downstairs you will find an oversized master KING bedroom and ensuite bath complete with walk-in shower, large vanity, and Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, you will find the 2nd bedroom with a KING bed and private ensuite bathroom. The large deck directly off this KING bedroom benefits from continual sea breeze while allowing you to admire the beautiful Gulf views.
Downstairs also features the 3rd bedroom complete with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and TV for guests of all ages to enjoy.


*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Absolutely loved our stay here! The private pool was amazing and you are two blocks from the beach. The location is nice and quiet with some action and restaurants about a 20 minute walk away. We brought our one year old and the pool was perfect, having a large shallow area for her to sit and play in. The house does not come packed with condiments or anything so if you’re planning on cooking in, just know you’ll have to buy everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute, shabby chic house but more shabby than chic. Great location to the beach. Living room furniture old and uncomfortable. Needs a new cleaning service. Dirt around door handles and toothpaste gobs left in different bathrooms. The frig is old and leaks when you use the icemaker. 4 bathrooms is a bonus! Water pressure is good and the mattresses are comfortable. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

This home was magnificent. Property was very clean, had every amenity that we could think of including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas. We didn't use the pool as we were always at the beach, the grill worked great. The master bathroom was huge and my favorite part of the house. I loved the ocean decor, definitely made an ocean vacation even more fun and relaxing. Everything in the house worked and we had no issues, never needed to contact the hosts. Loved that we were able to walk a short 2 mins to the beach, this was a huge plus for our family. Property was about a 20 min walk to bridge street where there are shop and restaurants. We would surely stay again and recommend to others.

Family Vacay

This house is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can drive north it gets busier and you can drive south and it gets busier. But a perfect walk to the beach. The best part about it is the pool that provides relief from the beach when it gets hot. The pool is perfect for all ages.

Great house, great location

Great location to beach, just about a block away. The house was perfect for two families of 4 that we had. Bunk room for all the kids and two separate rooms (master and a loft) for the adults. Pool was nice to have for breaks from the beach. Check in/out process was easy and good communication from host.

Great week at the beach! Short walk to the beach, clean house. The pool was a plus for our kids! The only downside for us was the limited supplies left for an entire week stay (one extra trash bag, one dishwasher pod, and one extra toilet paper roll). Went to the store to stock up, but obviously had lots left over. With that being said, we would definitely book this place again!

We loved this place! We loved the outdoor pool and patio area. House space was clean & spacious. Great location to the beach. Chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach were so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise

This beach house was perfect! It had everything we needed for the perfect week. Plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach cooler and umbrellas. Also, the property is a 1 minute walk to the beach. The home was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen which made cooking meals easy. We loved it and hope to return!
