The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please run the dishwasher and return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper cabinets and drawers.
Please wash a load of beach towels before leaving. Usually, 5 beach towels per large load. Cleaning staff will dry and put away.
Safe travels home and keep Diamond Surf in mind for a return trip.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles and they must be parked in the driveway.
Guests must complete and return our rental agreement within 7 days of booking their reservation to finalize their stay.

First time we stayed at a VRBO that was actually nicer than the description! The home was immaculately clean, kitchen was well stocked with new looking appliances, utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The beach chairs and toys were very nice, the pool was an absolute delight! What an amazing way to wrap up a day after enjoying the short walk or fun golf cart ride to the beach. Close to many nice shops and restaurants. We will return to this property! Excellent communication with the owners and absolutely zero problems or concerns.

We loved this property! The house is spacious, nicely decorated, clean, with an awesome well stocked kitchen. A quiet street on the north half of AMI. We have stayed a number of places between AMI and Siesta Key, but this was our favorite. The back yard with the pool, grill, pergola, furniture, and privacy is terrific. Even on a couple cooler days it was very usable and the pool was kept warm to enjoy all the time.It is a very short walk to the beach, and all the chairs, umbrellas...are available. The large church parking lot on the side and back is a nice place to shoot some baskets or some other recreation.

Growing up in New Jersey, I enjoyed spending time at the 'Jersey Shore' with my friends and family. I believe this is one reason why I wanted to own a home near the beach. I'm an avid quilter, which occupies the majority of my time as my children are now grown.
