This place was amazing. So clean and the location is fantastic. Private pool was fantastic. Good internet. AC worked well. The washer and dryer were clean and new. Close proximity to the beach. Even came supplied with beach equipment. Perfect for our family of 4! Couple of improvements- a sharper knife in the kitchen. There were knives but they did not make cutting a watermelon easy. The sheets were very clean just kept coming off the corners of the beds. Very little knit picky things are the only thing I would change. Overall I would hands down stay here every time I visit the island

Clean, newly updated furniture/appliances! Even though we didn’t cook much, there appeared to be all necessities there. Exactly five minutes from start of walk to sitting down on beach! Pool is nice! I wouldn’t book for more than 6 people. My advice is just do it, AMI never disappoints!

This house was perfect. Walking distance to the gulf. Very safe neighborhood. The pool was great perk for the kids. Definitely would stay again!
