This nicely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor home with Private Pool is located one very short block to the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Quiet North Holmes Beach location. The home offers a spacious living room, Florida room and fully equipped and nicely appointed kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has a bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Enjoy the warm Florida Sunshine and gentle gulf breezes in the nice large yard with brick paver patio area and Pool. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cable TV, DVD, Internet service. Non-Smoking Home.

There is a $150 taxable pet fee per dog and an additional pet cleaning fee.
All pets require approval after booking.

Great home and location.

We loved the location of the house and the house itself was absolutely perfect. The poll and patio area was so nice for relaxing! Super close walk to the beach. Highly recommend !! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

The house was larger than it looked in the pictures. Lots of room to spread out. The sunroom had a sofa bed which we utilized. There was also one in the living room. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Great heated pool which made it enjoyable since the weather was cool. Took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. All kids of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and toys to enjoy. Lovely island. Rented a golf cart which made it fun for our grandchild. The only problem we had were we needed a few more blankets and we were given them promptly . I would certainly stay here again.

Awesome stay!

My partner and I spent almost 2 weeks at this property and it was awesome. The house was perfect and had everything you could think of. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you could need. The house was spotless. The location to the beach couldn't be beat and it's a few steps from one of the AMI trolley stops. We hope to make this trip a yearly vacation and will definitely be back to this place.

Great Property

The family loved it. Clean. Good amenities. Good pool and great backyard. Close to beach, and walked to 4th of July parade, which the kids loved. Will definitely come back.
