Great property, super close to the beach. Plenty of towels along with beach cart and chairs available. Needed to contact the host a few times and they were super responsive. Definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful, perfect for a family with kids. Clean, functional, extra bedding, beds very comfortable, ice maker, grill. Pool was clean and lounging chairs available. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to haul all the necessities available. Beach is close walking distance even with younger children. Will definitely stay again. Host easy to contact through app.

The only description that was missing is the laundry is outside the units and you share with both sides of the duplex. Not a problem if family is sharing both sides. Might be awkward if you don't know the other occupants.

This property was perfect for my wife and me on our 25th anniversary. Beautiful pool, location is just steps from the beach, and the Villa was spotless when we arrived. Host was also very responsive at check in an attentive to any questions we had. There are plenty of beach essentials at your leisure so no need to pack extra stuff on your trip. Very quiet neighborhood for nightly walks. Very close to shops in Anna Maria and restaurants in Holmes beach. Value is fabulous for this Villa. Looking to return again next year.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach! It had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella! The pool was wonderful. This was our second stay and I would definitely stay again! We also got to meet the hosts who were very nice and so willing to help with any questions or problems!

This property was exactly as described, wonderful location, clean, well stocked with clean towels & beach chairs. It is very convenient to everything on the island & one block to the beach.
