Everything exceeded expectations!!!!!The unit was clean and the owner thought of everything we would need for our stay!!!We LOVE AMI and hope to rent this same place (and bring friends to rent the other side) next year!

Great location and stay for our spring break! House was perfect for our family of four. Clean, with plenty of towels and beach accessories. Kitchen had all the staples needed for cooking and fridge was huge. Location was amazing. Quiet in street off the main road with an easy walk to the beach. Pool was great too! Would definately stay here again!

Our week at this property was beyond relaxing. The pool was our oasis everyday. One block from the beautiful beach. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for the many fresh fish dinners we enjoyed. The only thing I can complain about is the mattress was not comfortable for me. We would come back to this property and hopefully bring some family or friends to rent the other half of the duplex.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the communication was easy and excellent. Great sun on the pool and super close to the beach! We used the wagon daily!! The king bed was pretty firm, and some of the towels could stand to be updated but overall it was a great value for the price point. It would be fun to rent both sides with friends! Oh and the kitchen was well stocked and even had coffee filters and salt/pepper! So many rentals don’t come with those basics so we were pleasantly surprised!

Awesome location. Steps away from the beach. Quiet street. Pool area is amazing. The house is so small. Perfect for 2 adults & maybe a small child but with teens too tight and Only ONE bathroom!! No addt half bath. Mattresses and pillows are supper firm, I could not sleep well. Bath towels stand to be updated. Nice fridge. Has new beach chairs but wagon was ripped and on its way out. Nice washing machine and dryer. The keypad code didn’t work. Had to use lockbox and key each time!

We had a great stay! The house is a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach with soft sand and calm water, which was perfect for our 4 year old son.The host was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. The pool area is awesome! There were pool and beach toys for us to use along with a wagon to bring supplies to the beach. I highly recommended staying here!

Jonsie was great to work with! She always responded right away when we had questions! The house was great! Kitchen was well stocked! It was nice to have a selection of beach chairs, an umbrella, the wagon, etc. The pool was very nice! Love the saltwater! We really enjoyed having the picnic table and lounges on the front patio. Love that it’s so close to the beach!

Just got home from Jonsie's place. It had everything we needed for the week. Close proximity to the beach and a great pool! It was as advertised and I would go back. Never stayed in the Holmes/Anna Maria area before, but we really liked it!

Beautiful house and pool. We had a great time and the kids loved being so close to the ocean. The house is nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach and only a 5 min gold cart ride to either end of the island. Great stay and will book again.
