La Playita is located less than 2 blocks to the beautiful Gulf beaches and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. This unit will sleep 6 with a king bed in the master and a king bed in the guest room as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. This centrally located property is close to everything and easy access to the free trolley come enjoy everything that Anna Maria Island has to offer with its laid back lifestyle and beachside living. La Playita has all new kitchen appliances, cabinets, flooring and furniture not to mention a ping pong table for the young at heart.

La Playita is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two cars.

Great location

Near beach, restaurants and grocery store. We enjoyed walks on the beach, sunset cruise and friendly neighborhoods. The unit does have tall stairs so make sure you are capable of carrying your suitcase and climbing stairs. There is also a great pool.

Put a roof on during our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable. But we were moved from the property we contracted for to La Playita, which was next to a construction site that we were not informed about. Then they put on a new roof on La Playita while we were there, hammering just above our heads. Owner of Island Vacation Properties gave us $100 gift certificate for the trouble: would rather had been somewhere else.

Less than a 5 minute walk to groceries, shopping, dining and the beach! Yet still in a quiet area. A clean and mostly updated property. I believe the improvements are ongoing for this particular unit as well so it will be exciting to see at our next visit!!!

Everything we needed was there. My only wish is that it had a garage.
