Seabreeze Condo B is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Seabreeze Condo B, located in Holmes Beach, is a very nicely furnished, well maintained, and comfortable two bedroom, two bath unit with a heated pool. This smaller complex is located just a few short steps to the beach and it's just a short stroll down a newly created path to, shopping and restaurants. After a day at the beach, you can relax by the pool or in the private, nicely landscaped picnic area. The spacious, private decks are the perfect place to cat nap or curl up with a special book. Charcoal grills and an onsite coin operated laundry room are provided.

This unit offers every amenity to make your stay here comfortable. Recent upgrades include new kitchen cabinets and new living room furniture as well as high speed internet service. There is a 42” television in the living room with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a 24” television.

Seabreeze Condo B sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. This is a wonderful and quiet location for your Holmes Beach vacation!

There is a one week minimum rental required.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Great Location!

This property is in a fabulous location. Someone could easily stay here and not need a vehicle. We opted to get a golf cart for fun, but everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach is 2 blocks away. CVS and Publix is a block away. The free trolley that travels throughout the island has a stop by Publix as well. We had 5 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The living space was a little tight at times, but there is a great deck to hang out on.

Two blocks from one of the best beaches in the USA

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location!!! A short two block walk to the white, sandy beaches of Anna Marie Island and Holmes Beach! Nice two bedroom condo. Pool was clean and the condo served its purpose well. Publix grocery, dining and shopping a block away, couldn’t ask for much more. One complaint, the bed in the master bdrm squeaked every time we moved. We were worn out from the beach activities so we slept okay, but that was pretty annoying. Other than that, book this place. Covered parking and ample storage, we had a great stay.
