Completely remodeled in January 2025 — new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, upgraded bathrooms, and all-new furnishings throughout. Pool Party South is the larger side of the duplex — three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeping six in proper beds across a king, another king, and a queen.

The backyard is shared with the North side and is the centerpiece of both units. A heated pool and spa sit within lush tropical landscaping. The outdoor bar has a gas grill, sink, prep area, dining table, bar stools, and chaise lounges — a complete outdoor entertaining setup that guests consistently describe as the highlight of the stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. The open living and dining area is well-configured for a group of six. High-speed WiFi included. In-unit washer and dryer.

The beach is a short walk. Local restaurants, cafés, and shops are within easy walking distance. The free AMI trolley stops nearby. The property is within walking distance of the Anna Maria Island festival grounds — making this the right base for guests visiting during the island's popular events and markets.

Pet-friendly with a $150 non-refundable fee. Two parking spaces included.

Pool and hot tub very nice, yard is very nice and tropical. This is a shared property so be aware of close neighbors. We got along fine with renters staying in attached rental. Comfortable but definitely needs an ice maker and fridge is small for a 6 person rental. Quick ride or 4 block walk to beaches. Next to busy road and fire house. We enjoyed our stay.

I searched w a filter for private pool and because the listing has a bullet for private pool, it comes up (which I realized when we arrived). We were very disappointed in this w 3 teenage boys who like to swim post-beach and in the evenings. While the house was in great shape. I certainly wouldn’t have paid what I did to share a backyard and pool. House is about a 10 min walk to the beach.

Private Getaway

This was a very nice property. The only disappointment I had was it had a large jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom that was a seller point for me and the jets did not work. Not all the jets worked in the pool and hot tub that was outside and we had to put more water in the pool twice. The house was very clean & spacious and the neighborhood was nice. The location was very convenient and we would definitely stay there again.

There were a number of yellow fly bites which were resistant from our bug repellant. Linens were excellent and beds were comfortable. We found the property to be private and cozy, just as beautiful as pictures displayed.

Our experience at the Beach Party House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the house. The house had plenty space for four people. The Second bed room and bath were small. Master bedroom and bath were great especially the shower. We would have gone back next year except for the furniture was very uncomfortable to sit in. The furniture was outdoor furniture and needs to be updated . We were there four weeks and r backs were all hurting from sitting. Update the furniture and we will be back in 2025. Other than that we had a great time.

Great backyard oasis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, comfortable duplex. Good location except for fire station proximity but we were aware of this going into the rental (sirens were a little more often than we had hoped). The hot tube was exceptional and very warm! Too bad the pool is not heated - we didn’t get to use as it was unusually cold outside this February. Sleeping accommodations were decent. The couch was odd as it was an outdoor, modular sectional that kept separating when you sat on it. (Recommend maybe getting connectors to keep couch together then it would be pretty comfortable). The whole place was very clean and kitchen well equipped. All in all a nice stay but do prepare for many unexpected visitors like pool company (just walked into pool patio area twice without notice) and landscape company to clean up back area once - again without any notice. There was also a rental license inspection that fortunately management company did text us about ahead of time. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there were going to be other people coming and going as well. Overall this was a good value and we enjoyed our stay.

Backyard Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We texted back and forth several times and the management company was very responsive and helpful when I needed to add an extra day. The backyard, although shared with the other side of the duplex, is private and beautifully lush. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Although the home is right next to a busy street, it was quiet other than a few runs by the fire department (across the street). It is conveniently located to the trolley run, which is a great way to get around the island.The South Party Cottage sleeps 6 people but the pull out couch on the back porch would benefit from some better drapes to block the light. Living room/kitchen/dining area are spacious. Bathrooms could use updating and the jacuzzi in the bathroom doesn't work. Be careful because the floors in the shower and the tub are very slippery. I slipped in the tub but luckily caught myself. You'll need to stock just about everything for your stay kitchen-wise. There was some salt and pepper, but no foil, wrap, oil, clips, hand soap, etc., like other places I've stayed at.All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much as the home is spacious and we loved the backyard area.
