This is the perfect vacation spot. Very clean. Right on the bay and steps to the beach. The host Jim is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this unit.

This is a beautiful and well taken care of home with everything you need for a fabulous stay! Enjoy bayside views and beautiful sunrises each morning from the kitchen nook with your coffee.From excellent communication and getting our starting groceries and sandwiches for our arrival to great recommendations for restaurants and things to do every thing was well planned and executed to make our stay superb! The home is a short .02 mile walk to the beach for easy access for your daily beach time or fishing on the pier.Rooms are clean! Sheets soft! Pillows fluffed and fresh towels.The condo has new appliances and everything works. We’d stay here again! Thank you Jim for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had the best time in this beautiful home! We caught lots of fish off the private dock. The beach is a short walk away. Local restaurants were a quick walk or golf cart ride away. The home had everything we needed. The host was so helpful, kind and responsive. Everything was very clean and very nice. We will be staying here again!

Excellent location! The condo was wonderful. Everything you could need including beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas. Great views of the bay and a very short walk over to the beach. Roof top deck was great. Every message I sent Jim was answered quickly. We were really happy with our stay and would book again. I also appreciate that there wasn’t a list of chores to do for check out. It’s always annoying to pay a cleaning fee and then be asked to do all the cleaning! I recommend this condo.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location couldn’t have been better—it was literally right on the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted.The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and filled with natural light. We especially loved the multiple balconies and the rooftop deck off the loft, which offered incredible views and were perfect for relaxing.The host was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere that was this accommodating. The home had everything you could possibly need or want, from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home.One of the biggest bonuses was that beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach supplies were included, which made our beach days so much easier and meant we didn’t have to pack or rent extra equipment.The surrounding area was also wonderful—peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a family getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation!

I'm glad you enjoyed the fabulous panoramic view of the bay. Dolphins and Manatees are very common in the bay but unfortunately hard to predict when they will appear. When you stay again, I can recommend a couple places you can walk to with a high probability of seeing both.
