The Space:

First floor unit directly accessible from our lush tropical courtyard. This vacation rental has a large, coastal inspired living area with a pull-out sofa, two accent chairs, large modern kitchen, built in dining bench with under-seat storage, smart TV and screened porch with additional seating for four, plus two bedrooms-each with a king bed and en suite bathroom with its own shower.



While the 2024 hurricane season was devastating, it also provided the opportunity for a floor to ceiling renovation of this vacation rental. This unit is how fully restored and better than ever, featuring all-new interior finishes, updated systems, modern amenities, and thoughtfully curated design details throughout.



The courtyard offers an outdoor oasis with dining tables and a nice grilling area with a gas grill. Anna Maria Island Getaway has all your beach needs covered (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & carts). With its unique blend of charm and comfort, this beach rental is more than just accommodation—it's an invitation to experience the laid-back coastal lifestyle in a setting that feels like a home away from home!



All units are accessed via our lush, red brick tropical courtyard with seating areas for outdoor relaxing /dining and gas grills. Washer and dryer are available on site for no additional charge. Each unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and has access to our shared beach carts and fishing equipment. Property is equipped with an outdoor shower.

A quiet oasis in the middle of all that"s happening in Bradenton Beach.

The owners provided everything we could possibly need to enjoy the beaches and the fishing pier. The tropical courtyard isolates this property from the road so could imagine we were on our private island.

A great little private bungalow

We really enjoyed this spot! Tucked away in a little garden, it was quiet and private even though it was within a group of properties. Easy access to the beach, lots of chairs and umbrellas are provided (and carts to carry everything)! We loved our stay and time on the island. This will be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

My daughter and I came down from Michigan for a long weekend. We loved our cute little cottage. It was perfect for us, very cozy and quiet. Great location steps from the beach and the Harbor. Also within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on and near Bridge Street. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very clean. Would definitely visit again!

We loved this comfortable 2/2...very comfortable with recliners. Cooking utensils and pots, & pans. It’s very convenient, across from beach. Mark is very hospitable and answered any of our questions. Would love to visit again.

Location is perfect for a young family

Great spot for our family of 5. Location can’t be beat if you’re looking to spend a lot of time on the beach. Easy to walk down to bridge street for meals, dessert, and put put golf. All the wagons, chairs, and beach toys are available so you don’t have to worry about packing those. Space is small (as mentioned by other reviews) but we spent more time out. Our three young kids (6, 4, and 2) were able to share the king bed.

It's all about Location!

This property is located directly across the street from the beach. An easy walk even with a wagon full of chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels. Speaking of beach essentials, they are provided! The only complaint we had was the lack of seating in the living room.
