Great stay in Bradenton Beach - convenient location to beach (chairs provided at beach), town, and trolley stop, plus clean, large and comfortable accommodations, with well-supplied kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms, nice, screened-in porch, and covered parking in first floor garage. We loved the layout of the home. The pools were great and the location to the beach was amazing. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The beds could use more pillows….the were small and flat. But the beds itself were comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

The property is spacious, clean, and located just across the street from the beach. Great family-friendly atmosphere with quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. Lighting in the property was warm and bright without those horrendously toned/harsh blue LED bulbs. Plenty of towels (including beach towels) and extra pillows and blankets. Beach umbrella was good quality and lounge/beach chairs available at the beach. Recommend getting down to the beach in the morning to claim chairs and a spot. Two full bathrooms but no tissues or hair dryer. Kitchen was well-equipped but be sure to bring any spices, including salt & pepper, that you may need. We had a lovely stay!

Girls weekend

Spent a long weekend with my childhood friends. There were 4 of us and we loved the large amount of space for us, the large kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2 full baths. The best part was the screened-in porch with comfy seats.

Property is clean and well maintained. Less than 5 min walk across the street to the beach. Covered parking. Spacious condo. Slept 4 teens and 2 adults comfortably. We ran into an issue with the ac one night and contacted someone and had a fix within the hour.

We loved our rental unit. The bed were comfortable and we loved the screened in patio that we were able to use and the closeness to the beach! Also, really appreciated. that there was a washer and dryer!
