The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house and has a separate entrance. It is about 45 square meters and suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. It was renovated in 2018.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 plate stove, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and a small oven and plenty of dishes.

The living room has direct access to the terrace. It is equipped with a flat screen TV, radio CD and DVD player. There is also a sofa bed on the two other people comfortably accommodate.

We, that is Achim and Corinna Fuchs, have been renting our holiday properties since 2001 in Bad Sachsa / OT Steina. It all started harmlessly with the small 45sqm apartment and developed over the years to a small holiday village in which we can accommodate up to 28 people. The holiday village consists of 1 log cabin with 80sqm, 2 log cabins with 70sqm, a 45sqm apartment and our showpiece of 140sqm apartment with fireplace. Dealing with our guests is a lot of fun. In 2015, our fox has been added - a 100sqm Detached house in Bad Sachsa and a ca 85sqm house in the beautiful monastery Walkenried. Brand new - in January 2019 we have finished our latest project - a 150sqm house for up to 8 people.
