A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THIS CONDO...
Lokelani B204 is a premium direct oceanfront townhouse with two spacious bedrooms, two full baths and two large lanais (balconies) that offer 180 degree water views! This quiet 1,117 square foot townhouse features a well appointed master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed plus the unit has a queen sleeper sofa so the condo can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests comfortably. B204 was recently remodeled with top of the line granite, marble, tile, carpet, blinds, appliances and furnishing including a 46” Flat Screen TV and vintage artwork. Lokelani is a hidden gem offering all the comforts of home in a private tropical oceanfront setting. Bedrooms are upstairs offering lots of privacy. This condo also has it's own washer and dryer (laundry soap provided)
AC throughout the whole condo!!

WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car.
We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island.

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

Great vacation condo!

We enjoyed snorkeling trips to Molokini and Lanai, a hike through the bamboo forest, many days at the different beaches, and a wonder Luau at the Royal Lahaina. Our favorite restaurant was Bubba Gump. The staff at Boss Frogs (where we booked our snorkel trips and rented snorkel gear) were very helpful in making our trip memorable!

Lokelani Condominiums is perfectly suited for those who want a smaller complex with amazing views. We could see many whales and turtles from our balcony or down on the beach. The condo itself was perfectly suited for 3 of us and we have no complaints at all. Excellent response if we had a question. The condo and complex were clean and well-maintained. Great location for going up to Kapalua or down to Lahaina. We miss gathering at the seawall to watch the sunsets and watching the whales in the distance. Thanks to all who made it possible!

Wonderful

My husband, son and his family travelled from the Northeast. 13 hours travel time. We were tired. We got to the condo and when we walked through the door….it made it all worth it. The views were spectacular! The condo was plenty big enough for four adults and two children. My six year old grandson loves the pool. Each day we saw multiple green turtles in the water and resting on our nice little beach. Everyone there was friendly and it was a nice quiet complex. It was a beautiful stay and would definitely stay there again. Food truck that are right down the street we’re great! If you don’t the geography of Maui, this complex is between Ka’anapali and Kapalua. Best area on Maui……in my opinion. Just got home and I miss my views already!

The air conditioning throughout was a definite bonus due to the 00+ degree temps. The kitchen was updated and had all necessary items to cook. Large and clean fridge. Large updated bathroom upstairs with walk-in shower. Bathroom downstairs was smaller but still had a shower. The beach is drinkable with super easy access. Pool is small but serves it’s purpose. We did not have beach chairs or boogie boards in the rental, which would have been a nice plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to Maui, and our second experience staying in Lokelani, B-204, and it definitely won't be our last! The location of the condo is fantastic! It is close to many activities, beaches, and scenic drives. The beach is wonderful, complete with resident turtles; we have lovingly dubbed the coastline in front of the condo the "Honu Highway" as we watched MANY (36 turtles counted in a 1 1/2 hour time period one afternoon...) honu swim by and feed on the reefs in front of the condo. The condo is well stocked, beds are wonderfully comfortable with super soft linens, decor and furniture have been updated within the past year, and the AC throughout is divine! We loved the "beach toy sharing" (we used an umbrella and two beach chairs others had left; and added a cooler, 3 boogie boards, and 2 sand castle making sets to Lokelani's "share stash".) What a fantastic way to "pass on Aloha!" We will definitely be back again...and again...and again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Originally, we had planned to come to Maui in March, 2020, rescheduled to November due to COVID and again to June, 2021. Third time was the charm and Lokelani did not disappoint! We had a fantastic stay at this condo. As other reviewers noted, the views are truly spectacular! The beach was steps away- just be mindful of the tides as the steps to and from the beach can be inaccessible in a high tide. The snorkeling was really nice too. We saw plenty of fish and sea turtles, and even a few turtles laying out on the sand! Overall the condo itself was really nice - fully stocked kitchen, AC in all the rooms, comfortable beds in the bedrooms, and plenty of amenities throughout. We had a some issues with the latches on the balcony doors, but the property was very responsive to address- thanks, Herb! 2 suggestions to consider in the future. The first to upgrade the washing machine. The current one is extremely loud. And the 2nd to upgrade the sofa bed or mattress, as it was not very comfortable. Would highly recommend this condo and the property to others. We referred some family members and they booked the next door condo (B-202) for a stay later this summer. I am positive they will be just as happy as we were! Thank you

Great complex, unit with amazing water views

Loved the decor and layout of this unit. We have stayed before in the same complex and enjoyed both stays. Lolelani ia a perfect location for us and there is plenty of room for us. Two areas of consideration were that the check in instructions never arrived prior to use getting there, I had to call multiple times as no email was arriving despite having reserved and confirmed with the exact same email and there were not junk emails either. Escapia software may have been the problem. Also, instructions for the TV remote & cable remote would have been very helpful for those that are not cable box, universal remote and spectrum knowledgeable. Despite the little hiccups, we would gladly stay again in the future.We saw whales and dolphins and turtles right from Lanai.

Our vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the Lokelani Condos and would choose to stay here again in the future, The condo is comfortable and very clean. We appreciated the air conditioning during our stay. The ocean views from the main floor and master balconies are stunning. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. From the outside, the complex is a bit dated and the pool could use some work. There is a small outdoor grill next to the parking lot and stairs to the second floor. You have to walk a ways to get down to a small beach that is semi-private. There is a grocery store and shops close by.

Superb ocean views!

This condo was everything we were looking for on our trip to Maui!! We visited with another couple, and we all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out especially with a main floor balcony, and a balcony off of the master bedroom! The balcony furniture was great too! The location is perfect for accessing north Kaanapali Beach, and there is a grocery store and other shops nearby. We look forward to returning in the future!

Christmas in Maui

Our family stayed at this property over Christmas. Overall it was absolutely lovely! We were able to enjoy watching whales from the balcony with our morning coffee (without exaggerating we probably saw 15-20 whales a day), and with a short walk (maybe 3 mins) to the beach downstairs- we were greeted with sea turtles almost every night. Now for the unit itself: - Parking is assigned so that makes it very convenient and you are never looking for a spot. - The furniture is old and dated (like, really), but it works. - The kitchen is lacking. There are more than enough dishes, pots/pans etc. But there are literally no spices. Not even those miniature $20 spice rolling racks. We have never been in a VRBO or an AirB&B that doesn't have anything (not even black pepper). - The washer and dryer are very very old. Typically not a big deal, but we spent 10 days here so we really felt it. - Washer/dryer soap/papers as well as dishwasher/dish soap were not provided (again, nothing we have ever experienced with another vacation rental). This as well as the the no spices just seems very cheap. I will say that we had a few issues with the keys, the washer, the AC and it was easy to get a hold of management and someone came over right away, so that was great! Overall the unit could definitely use some sprucing up, especially for this price. There are other units in this building/complex available to rent that are much nicer. But the location truly can't be beat! We have been to Maui several times before and have never experienced it like we did here.

Happy place!

We would stay here again! Check in was easy, location is great. Condo was very clean. Very quiet. Everyone was very friendly. Beach is small, but great view. Loved seeing the sea turtles come up on the beach. Pool is very clean and grounds very well kept.
