The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the forests and the quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Sveti Ivan Dobrinjski. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.
