This was a great place to stay while attending a concert. We didn’t really use the house much except for sleeping. It fit our needs perfectly. Good communication. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home in Charlotte. The location was very convenient for the events we were attending, and the house itself was comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent—they were very responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay.The home has a lot of potential, but there are a few areas that could use some attention. The curb appeal needs some cleanup. There was an old bed near the mailbox, some jugs that appeared to contain antifreeze or another type of liquid in the driveway, and the flower bed edging was out of place. Parking was also a little difficult for our two pickup trucks, although two standard-size cars would likely fit comfortably.Inside, the house was cozy, but there were quite a few personal items throughout the home, giving it the feeling that someone still lived there. Some cleaning supplies were also stored under the kitchen cabinet. The kitchen is small but was well equipped for our needs. The master bedroom closet was filled from floor to ceiling with extra bedding, so we had to use the hall closet to hang our clothes.Overall, we had a comfortable stay and appreciated the convenient location and excellent communication with the owner. I see this property as a work in progress. With some cleanup and landscaping attention outside, along with removing or organizing the personal belongings inside, I think it could be a very nice place for future guests.

We were in town for the Panthers game. The host was very accommodating. We Ubered to the game. It was close to a lot of other activities. Top golf being one of our favorites!
