Family Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at this home! The house is well stocked and very clean. Everything about this home is beautiful and the location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to many restaurants and shops.

Paradise at Ormond by the Sea

Paradise at Ormond by the Sea! The house was pristine. It had everything we needed during our 6 week stay. Kitchen was fully stocked from the glassware to the pot and pans used for cooking. Top of the line appliances- including a huge washer and dryer. Fenced in back yard was private and included a fire pit, gas grill, chairs and table for eating outdoors. The garage was huge and allowed us to pull our car inside with a Thule on top. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys to use. Wonderful neighborhood and extremely close to Ormond beach. Lovely area to get exercise by walking and viewing the variety of homes in the area. Evelyn (host) was very pleasant and easy to contact to ask any questions we might have had. Our stay was the best 6 weeks we could have ever asked for!

Our family has enjoyed vacation rentals since the mid 1990’s. During the early years, a lot of research went into finding available beach front homes for short-term rent. We only had positive experiences renting directly from owners or through real estate companies and found wonderful coastal (east and west) properties in Florida which we often revisited year after year. We are "beach" people and find that Ormond by the Sea not only offers beautiful sand and surf for relaxing and fun only steps away from our front door, but also all the activities a FL destination is known for. You are close to the Daytona International Speedway, theme parks, outlet malls, local restaurant and bars as well as fine dining locations. If you like, take a bike ride to neighboring Flagler Beach for a change of scenery.


Why they chose this property

Villa Capri, is on a friendly residential street, a two-lane road with AIA and the beach view to the east and John Anderson Blvd and the intercoastal view to the west. Take a walk or jog down our street 6 times (each way) for a total of 4 miles. The house offers the feel of home with modern, comfortable features throughout. It's easy to find quiet if you want to sleep in, bikes, games and toys are provided if you want action. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen to prepare all kinds of meals or tropical cocktails to take to the beach. Dine outside under the covered terrace or feel the warm rays if you like to lay out.

Today it's easy to share our own beach house with others to offer a memorable vacation experience. Whether you’re bringing the whole family together including room for grandparents and a pet or need to getaway to a special quiet retreat, we hope you find our property to be the right fit and become your new happy place year after year.
