This place was great! The hosts were very kind and responsive. The house worked out perfectly for our wedding party group and we enjoyed all the amenities! I would 100% stay here again with a large group.

Overall the property was great! The layout was a little different than expected and a couple of the rooms were "add-ons" which we didn't understand in advance, but we worked through any misunderstandings on our part. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Enjoyed our stay entirely.

The host was amazing and the house worked perfect for our large girls’ trip! Would highly recommend for anyone doing summer camps at CSU with a group of friends. It was a super easy drive to Moby Arena at CSU and all of our girls enjoyed this more than staying at a hotel. Lots of activities to do around the house!

we use this house for our wedding weekend/wedding party. It could not have worked out more perfectly for us. Private, clean and felt like home. Everybody that started talking about how incredible it was. Lorraine was a dream to work with and always made sure we had everything that we needed to be OK, she even came over and introduced herself multiple times and gave us hugs probably the most gracious host I’ve worked with on VRBO. Seriously come back to this house 1 million times.

The PERFECT place for a large family gathering. We had lots of family in town for a CSU graduation, and this home was perfect! Lots of great private spaces, a fabulous outside area with multiple places to hang out, lots of fun yard games, and a gorgeous hot tub! The kitchen was expertly appointed with everything you might need. It is so private and secluded that you forget you are only a quick 20 minute drive to campus! Lorraine, our host, was amazing. 5 stars all the way!

This is such a great rental, maybe one of the best in the Fort Collins area. We had multiple parties in various vaca rentals and ours was definitely the best!! There must have been 5 total rentals and everyone raved about ours! From being clean to organized to supplies to all the social areas in the home, They even left bags of ice in the freezer for the cooler and dropped off a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our daughters wedding. This is a magical home with great karma. Well equipped and such a gorgeous view of the mountains. Often we just sat on the deck and enjoyed the cool evenings. We recommend Serenity Spa by 100%!! Lorraine could not have been more accommodating to our huge family and their needs; yard toys for the kids and a wonderful location for the kids to play on the turf as we watched from the deck. Love our time here, we will never forget it!!

Hands Down the Best VRBO!We have rented many VRBOs over the years, and this home is hands down one of the best we have ever experienced! From the beautiful home and spectacular views to the amazing outdoor spaces, everything was perfect.The host was absolutely wonderful—always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. We needed some help with a few things on short notice, and she was always there to help make everything easier. We truly appreciated her hospitality and responsiveness.We stayed here while celebrating our son’s wedding and were able to host two events at the home—a rehearsal dinner and a welcome BBQ. Both events went off without a problem, and the home was an incredible venue for gathering with family and friends. We also had several family members stay with us, including family from both sides, which gave us such a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, visit, and catch up.The home was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need for cooking and entertaining. The multiple living and gathering areas made it easy for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. There was always a comfortable place to sit and visit, whether indoors or outside.The beautiful lighting throughout the grounds in the evening created such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere while still being breathtaking. We cannot recommend this home and host highly enough! We would absolutely stay here again!

Peaceful Stay

We had 2 families with kids of various ages in the house and had a great time! Being a little bit outside of town was a nice perk that provided great views of the mountains and some room to play catch with the kids outside. Would definitely return

The thing that made this home a great place to stay is just that - it is a home. This is Lorraine and Tony’s house and it shows. They now live nearby and are there for anything you need. The house also has games and plants and kitchen supplies and flowers that make it so much nicer and cozier than a corporate rental home. And the fire pits and views are fantastic.

Amazing house for family reunion

This property is perfect for a big group. It is clean and decorated nicely. It has all the amenities you could ever need. My group enjoyed the many outdoor games, fire pits, and hot tub. The owner was so kind and helpful! You won’t regret staying here!

This is an outstanding property. The host has thought of every detail. This VRBO is better stocked than my home. It was not only well staged, the details like books, games, signs and flowers made it so welcoming. The host communication was excellent. My only regret is that the events of our weekend did not allow us to spend more time at this lovely resort. Thank you for an excellent stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here. I couldn't think of a better place to stay for our wedding weekend. There were tons of rooms and beds that made the weekend extra special to spend that time with those we care about. Lorraine was so responsive and kind. Probably the best host I've experienced; if I had a question, she responded and helped within minutes! There are tons of activities like spike ball, corn hole, putting green, that kept everyone entertained and allowed us to really enjoy the beautiful property. 10 out of 10 recommend staying here!
