Edward, our host, was quick to respond when we reached with questions prior to and during our stay. The home itself is absolutely as described in the listing. Very cozy spaces. Clean. Nicely decorated. Though our cooking needs were minimal, kitchen was well stocked with all the gear we needed.

The incredible view of the basin, the porch and deck off the bedrooms made this one of our favorite home rentals ever. Add the well-appointed rooms and the artwork and we thought it would be an ideal home for retirement!

I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Alamogordo New Mexico! The views are absolutely amazing and the house is clean and well equipped, the host was very good at getting back to me if I had questions on a scale of 1 to 10 I give this a 10 plus I would definitely stay at this property again when I travel in that area.

Incredible views of the city and mountains. Very clean and spacious. Only minimal negative was my daughter couldn’t get the jacuzzi jets in the master tub to turn on. We could also only find one sharp chef knife in the kitchen for our steak dinner; steak knives would be beneficial. Otherwise nicely equipped modern kitchen. We did see sleds stored outside the house after we had rented some from the park. Easy drive to White Sands park and the grocery store. Excellent house with 2 balconies!
