About this property

Modern vacation apartment 5 pers. with sauna, balcony and e-charging station

Newly built apartment in the countryside in a quiet location. (Completion in January 2016) .The new apartment is located in the 1. Floor.

From the living-dining area and the kitchen you have access to the large balcony, which lies on the south side. The balcony is equipped with a table set and 2 sun loungers. At breakfast in the dining area or in the summer on the balcony you can already enjoy the beautiful view and peace.

Through the large windows of light-flooded living-dining area is very bright and pleasant. For sufficient shading or darkening, pleated blinds and curtains are available.

You can spend your vacation with up to 6 people in our modern furnished apartment. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one closet each. Two additional persons (adults included) have space on the pull-out sofa 2 m x 1.50 m.

Fully equipped kitchen with pad machine, toaster, kettle, oven and fridge-freezer. In the living room is a flat screen TV, a stereo and the pull-out sofa. There are two extra mattresses that you can put on the sofa to increase your sleeping comfort. The bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower with rain shower.
Also in the bathroom is a sauna, towels for the sauna are available.
A little wellness oasis.
For further recovery and well-being, a practice for cranio-sacral therapy and APM according to Penzel is in the same house. If interested, please inquire a few weeks in advance.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning products are available. The living area is particularly cozy with LED lighting and background lighting in the evening. Holidays in the countryside with great environment for hiking and cycling. Garden, barbecue and open hearth available, as well as a ping-pong table.

The Franconian Lake District, the romantic old town of Dinkelsbühl, the Roman Park Ruffenhofen and the Hesselberg with its great view is just a small selection of what to see and do here. All destinations can be reached in 5 to 20 minutes by car. In our village there is a very idyllic Badeweiher (800 meters) and a children's playground (50 meters) away.

Wonderful stay in a majestic, modern appartement

The appartment is spacious, with two double bedrooms, large well-equiped bathroom, including double rain shower, toilet and sauna!! Rooms have double beds which sre very comfortabel. An open kitchen with all kodern utensiles and dining table. Balcony eith large table and several chairs. Livingroom is modern with comfortable settee and tv with stereo.A very comfy and luxureous appartement!

Absolut wunder- und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr große Terrasse mit großem Tisch, 6 Stühlen und einigen Liegestühlen sowie einer elektrischen Markise.In der Wohnküche findet man alles was man braucht um Essen zu kochen sowie den Abend gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein o. ä. ausklingen zulassen. Getränke können käuflich über die Vermieter erworben werden. Im Bad befindet sich eine Sauna mit verschiedensten Aufgüssen, eine große begehbare Regendusche und eine Badewanne. Nebenan sind 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten. Das Sofa ist ausziehbar zur großen Schlafcouch. Alle Fenster der Wohnung sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet! Das Haus befindet sich auf einem kleinen netten Dorf, 50m entfernt von einer Bushaltestelle. Im Umkreis des Dorfes (10min Fußweg von der Wohnung) befinden sich einige Badeweiher, die stets alle sauber und gepflegt sind. Das Baden darin ist kostenfrei. Zum einkaufen muss man allerdings mindestens in den nächsten Ort. Dort befindet sich Tante M, ein kleiner Konsum in dem man alles notwendige finden kann. Die größeren Supermärkte sind dann ca. 10min mit dem Auto entfernt. Am nächsten dran ist ein Netto Markt. Weitere Märkte aller Marken sind dann weiter 5 min Fahrt entfernt.Alles in allem war es eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche. Im Umkreis befinden sich unzählige Ausflugsziele, wo garantiert jeder was geeignet findet. Die Familie bietet für 3 ebenfalls die Nutzung der Waschmaschinen an.

Erholungsurlaub auf dem Land

Wir waren für 11 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung war super komfortabel, die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauna und das großzügige Bad sind ein Highlight und wurde gern von uns genutzt. Frankenhofen ist zwar klein, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben ein Dorffest mitgefeiert, unsere Kinder haben vieles in der Natur entdeckt und würden am Liebsten nächstes Jahr direkt wieder herkommen. Also alle rundum zufrieden!

Siamo stati bene in questo appartamento. L'unico problema è la strada sotto le camere dove dalle 5.00 del mattino è molto trafficata e in questi giorni molto caldi abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte. Per una soluzione basterebbe un condizionatore d'aria. Per il resto tutto bello ottimi servizi e massima disponibilità della titolare. Lo consiglierei come alloggio

Schön, dass es euch gefallen hat. Der Verkehr ist derzeit echt ärgerlich. Die Lautstärke der Straße ist im Moment leider so, da die Staatsstraße voll gesperrt ist und viele Autos und vor allem LKW (obwohl für LKW hier gesperrt ist) entlang fahren. Ist die Staatstraße wieder frei, ist es auch deutlich ruhiger. Die Zeit wird wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. An Küchenuntensilien haben wir nichts vermisst. Da wir ziemlich schlechtes Wetter hatten, konnten wir uns aber gut in der großen Wohnung vertun. Jeder hatte sein Rückzugsort zum Lesen oder Spielen. Lieben Dank an Familie Schaudig

Urlaub in Franken

Es ist eine super Ferienwohnung, in einem kleinen Dorf, von wo aus man schöne Ausflüge in Gegend machen kann . Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei und sind damit im Altmühltal und Umgebung gefahren. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur der Lärm auf der Straß war teilweise extrem, was aber bedingt durch eine Umleitung war die am Haus vorbei führte. Ansonsten es war ein schöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung mit lieben Vermieter.

Wir können uns nur den bereits hinterlegten Empfehlungen in voller Gänze anschließen: super sauber, sehr harmonisch eingerichtet, tolle Sauna, Gegend mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten (wandern (Hesselberg), Museum (Nördlinger Ries), shoppen, ....) und die zwei jungen Herren waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende bei Familie Schaudig eingemietet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr saubere Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und mit einem sehr schönen Badezimmer inkl.Sauna. Bei schönem Wetter kann man die sehr geräumige Terrasse nutzen und die herrliche Ruhe genießen. Einfach toll! Beim traditionellen Maibaum aufstellen wurden wir sehr herzlich im Kreis der Gemeinde aufgenommen. Wirklich sehr sympathisch.
