About this property

Nice apartment in Callantsoog for 2 people (50 sqm).

The cozy apartment with parquet is on the 1st Floor (with elevator) and has a large south-facing balcony. It is only 400m from the beautiful sandy beach with high dunes and inviting beach cafes. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV (7 German channels) and a stereo. The integrated kitchen offers all the necessary household and electrical appliances, as well as a microwave and dishwasher.

The bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses and a mirror cabinet.

The well-equipped bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen.

In front of the apartment house there is a free parking lot and a lockable bicycle storage room. Bicycles can be rented in Callantsoog.
There is a large free car park at the beach access.
As a tenant you can use all facilities of the bathroom hotel such as sauna, solarium and squash for a fee. The hotel restaurant is also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pets are not allowed for allergic reasons. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

If you want to book with friends or my apartment is already rented, I have the option of a second Apartment of the same size for rent in the house.

Das Appartment war wie beschrieben mit einem großen Balkon, den ich leider aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen konnte. War alles OK.

Fahrradurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in Callantsoog hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir sind zum Fahrrad fahren dorthin verreist und waren begeistert von den Kilometer langen Fahrradwegen durch die Dünenlandschaft. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig. Die letzten 3 Tage war es ein wenig kälter, aber die Heizung mussten wir gar nicht in Betrieb nehmen, da es eigentlich so schon warm genug in der Wohnung war. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Das einzige, dass mir bis zur Anreise unklar war, war ob Bettzeug dort vorhanden ist, da ich in den Bewertungen widersprüchliche Aussagen gelesen hatte. Aber ja, es war Bettzeug vorhanden, bis auf die Bezüge glaube ich. Habe aber auch nicht wirklich nach Bezügen gesucht muss ich ehrlich sagen, da wir dann einfach unser eigenes Bettzeug mitgenommen hatten, sicherhaltshalber. Ansonsten jederzeit gerne wieder, es war super.

sehr schönes , großzügiges Appartement. ruhig gelegen, hervorragend um sich zu erholen und trotzdem nahe genug am Strand und Ortsmitte. Ideal!!!

Kommunkation über Fewo hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert...am Ende trotzdem erfolgreiche Schlüsselübergabe dank des Vermieters. Hatten eine super Zeit in Callantsoog. Haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt...und gut erholt. Ein tolles Fleckchen Erde, gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Apartment

Ein sehr schönes sauberes Apartment mit großem Balkon. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt alles da. Nur an Bettwäsche muss man denken. Die hatten wir leider nicht mit dabei, aber im Ort in einem Geschäft haben wir welche mieten können.
