The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of its sunny location. Available for shared use are: children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and 1 sunlounger. Bedroom 10 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed. Kitchen as intersecting room, 3 sqm and with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (300 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 4 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Malinska. The holiday flat is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 4 m x 10.30 m 1.5 m deep).
