The unit can be rented as a 1BR with max occupancy of 4 (incl children) or as a 2BR Lock-off with max occupancy of 8(incl children) THE RATE SHOWN IS FOR A 1BR. Rates are highest in peak season (mid-Dec to mid-Apr) Daily rates vary based on day of the week (Fri & Sat are highest)

The comfortable 2 Bedroom Lock -Off Villa at Harborside Resort at Atlantis is a spacious, beautifully appointed vacation home. No detail has been overlooked in the fine furnishings or in providing for every need and comfort.

Nice area away from hustle

Nice property and Richard was great to work with! It’s a bit of a hike to the main resort but luckily a team is available. We had access to everything and enjoyed a great family trip!

Family Getaway

We had been to Harborside 14 years ago and wished to return with our now adult children. Working with Rich was easy. He is thorough and prompt. The stay was just as expected - a real treat. Staff was delightful and took great care of us. Still loving Atlantis after all these years and Harborside and VRBO are trusted ways to have a good vacation experience.

Scam artist

The property says it’s a 2 bedroom in the listing. The pictures show a 2 bed room floor plan. As soon as I booked property the property owner called and asked if I had any questions and I say yes I do. So I asked it is a two bed room correct. His response was no I got you your stuck now an your not getting your money back. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Owner is extremely rude. BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! Do not book with this owner.

Fabulous week in the Bahamas!

Harborside was the perfect place for me, my husband, and 2 18 year olds. We were able to walk to Royal Towers and Marina Village to enjoy all the restaurants and amenities that Atlantis has to offer. Richard Setzer was wonderful to work with making our vacation one of the best we’ve had over the years!

Location was excellent with beautiful grounds. The marina is amazing. The Harborside was a great place to stay at allowing you to access the Atlantis pools, beaches , and marina. Only negatives are the crowds of people. ( usually cruise passengers)

Definitely a place to stay - NO REGRETS!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The pools and water slides at the Atlantis were awesome. The kids (and adults too) enjoyed our time. A unanimous family vote that a repeat trip will be scheduled in 2015. Well worth the value. And the amazing sunsets were a nightly bonus!

Access to the Atlantis was amazing!

Staying at the harborside was amazing! We had access to all the Atlantis amenities which we found other sites advertising on VRBO don't (found this out thank fully before booking!) The walk around the yachts was so neat and everyone loved the water slides. Will be returning 100%

We finally found the perfect vacation OBX house!

Rich, We have been here since Saturday and have truly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to corolla light for 11 years now (two times a year) and have stayed in many different houses either beach front or not, huge multiple family houses abd smaller homes as well. Your house is by far our favorite ever!! It is perfect, the best location, wonderfully decorated and so comfortable. We love all the details that make it extra special....the porch torches, the speakers all over, the beautiful pool area, the grill area, the paddle boat and so on!! Thank you so much for lowering the rent so we could enjoy this beautiful property and make family memories our 4 kids will never forget. The air conditioner has not been working on the mid level this week, but the fans made it comfortable. We finally called corolla classics and they were out immed. And now have the cooling company here now fixing it. Wonderful service.
