We offer a 55m² clean, priv. Apartment in Berlin's green south. The apartment is located upstairs of our house with a separate staircase and is fully equipped and bright and friendly for up to 4 people. It consists of 1 living room with dining area, 1 bedroom, 1kitchen 1Showerbath, 1litte Floor.
 Each room has a flat-screen TV is available in the living room also .in bedroom.1Music System with DVD, the extra bed for the 3rd u.4. If two people want to sleep separately, it is also an extra bed and would have to be booked accordingly (then for 3 people).Person takes place in the living room on a functional living environment. All windows are fitted with blinds and the entire Floor consists of laminate. There are Linens, towels, and tea towels.
Good shopping and transport links to the City and surrounding areas.
Kurfürstendamm you are by car in about 30 or take the only in10 minutes walk. distant subway line 7,
Bus stop in about 3 Min. Nearby supermarket about 5min.
Pets are not allowed

The location was great. It is within walking distance from public transport. The host was amazing. She went the extra mile letting us come in late because our flight was late and check out early. Good location and well appointed

A extremely well equipped apartment with everything you might need. Local facilities and UBahn all within easy reach. We are a couple and have stayed in many apartments and this was a real delight. Car parking is on the road, and some might be disappointed that there's no outdoor space.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor. Super nette Gastgeber.Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Sie war sehr sauber liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befand sich in ausgezeichneter Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten das Auto an der Unterkunft stehen lassen und sind täglich an der ca.15 min entfernten U-Bahn gestartet. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen !!!Wenn wir nochmal nach Berlin fahren dann auf jeden Fall dorthin.Vielen Dank nochmal für die vielen tollen Extras. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut.

Super gemütliche FeWo! Ausstattung auch top, es fehlte uns an nichts. Zur Begrüßung standen Sekt, Wein, Wasser, eine Schoki-Auswahl und ein riesiger Obstkorb für uns da. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert, ohne je aufdringlich zu sein. U-Bahn, Edeka und Bäcker in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Berlin kommen, wollen wir wieder hier wohnen!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. In der Wohnung war alles schön und sauber eingerichtet.Besonders hat uns gefallen das auch alles für unsere kleine Tochter vorhanden war,wie Hochstuhl,Kindergeschirr und das Bett war auch so vorbereitet das sie zwischen uns schlafen konnte. Außerdem gab es einen gefüllten Obstkorb und Naschiteller.Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.Von der Wohnung sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das es keinen direkten Parkplatz gibt,war auch kein Problem ,an der Straße war genug Platz.Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Was für eine tolle Wohnung! Hier waren wir definitiv nicht das letzte Mal!Zur Begrüßung gab es Sekt, Limo, Süßigkeiten und eine große Obstschale. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ist die Wohnung eingerichtet. Die Küche war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Backpapier, Servietten, Gefrierbeutel ausreichend Pfannen und Töpfe selbst eine Knoblauchpresse war vorhanden. Im Bad gab es für jeden von uns ein großes Handtuch, ein kleines und noch eins zum Händewaschen. Und zum auseinanderhalten in unterschiedlichen Farben. Kleines Duschgel, Deo, Zahnpasta.....Ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Es hat wirklich an Nichts gefehlt.Und die Lage war perfekt. In 25 Minuten waren wir mit der U-Bahn am Brandenburger Tor.

Sehr angenehmes verlängertes Wochenende in Familie

Wir haben schöne entspannte Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Berlin Rudow verbracht. Die ruhige Umgebung war ideal, um nach unseren Unternehmungen zu entspannen, und dennoch konnten wir all unsere Ziele problemlos erreichen – die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.In direkter Umgebung finden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und nicht viel weiter weg gibt es auch Gastronomie für viele Geschmäcker.Die Verständigung zur Anreise und Abreise war freundlich und zuvorkommend und eine besonders schöne Geste waren die liebevollen Giveaways für uns Gäste: frisches Obst, Süßigkeiten und Getränke standen zur Verfügung und haben uns direkt willkommen geheißen. Solche kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten machen den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer.Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung – wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wir (2 E, 2 K) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin. Die Kinder freuten sich sehr über die süßen Aufmerksamkeiten und auch die Erwachsenen fanden dass sehr schön.
