Arrive and feel good - our cozy, bright summer house is comfortably furnished, so you can enjoy your holiday from the first moment!

Our 2019 newly renovated cottage has 3 bedrooms for 2-6 persons and a bright cozy living room.

The south-facing terrace with large hammock invites you to relax, read, eat together or Yoga a.
Walks on the beach & fantastic surfing waves - Portugal National Park with its wild romantic west coast, many beaches and a spicy breezes of the Atlantic await you.

3 clean beaches and fantastic surfing waves are within easy reach (car) in only 10 minutes. (Praia Arrifana, Praia Monte Clérigo and Amoreira Praia)

Very good restaurants and bars are in the vicinity of our summer house.

Shops & Markets
A small shop with fresh bread can be reached in just 5-10 minutes on foot.
In Aljezur (20 minutes by car) there is a surf shop, health food store, large supermarket, pharmacy, bank, market hall, cafes and ice cream parlor.

Weather
With over 300 sunny days per year, the Algarve offers a year-round mild climate. thus The Algarve is one of the sunniest regions in Europe.

With two coasts (in the West & South) and numerous beaches can always find the right Swell for every surfer.
At our house beach you also find a German surf school.

Wild eucalyptus & cork oak forests, cliffs and wide beaches.
The wonderful Fernwanderweg Rota Vicentina is signposted excellent and runs almost past our house. It is ideal for day trips. Hiking maps receive you at the tourist office in Aljezur.

Das Haus hält, was es verspricht. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr willkommen war die Zentralheizung, die im Dezember und Januar auch wirklich gebraucht wird. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Holzofen.Die Gastgeber waren immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wunderschöne Zeit

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Bilderbuchstrände Arrifana und Monte Clerigo sind in unter 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Aljezur in ca. 15 Minuten. Man kann direkt vom Haus zu Fuß ca. 15-20 min (einfach) durch einen schönen Waldweg zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt mit einer kleinen Bäckerei laufen oder einen Spaziergang um den nahegelegenen See machen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und mit Herz eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Da es Abends bereits ein wenig kalt wurde, haben wir uns auch sehr über den Kaminofen gefreut. Vielen Dank an Tobias und Grit!

Sommerhaus

Das Ferienhaus bietet für 4-6 Personen einen guten Komfort. Alle Räume und die beiden Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Der Küchen-Essraum eigenet sich gut zum Kochen und Beisammensitzen. Durch die Waschmaschine kann auch mit kleinem Gepäck gereist werden. Der Arrifana-Strand ist in 45 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Monte Clerigo in 60 Minuten mit strammen Schritt :-) Auf dem Fischerpfad gibt es einige Wandermöglichkeiten. In 15 Minuten sind ein schöner Bäcker (auch Bio-Produkte und vor allem guten Espresso & co) und ein Bio-Laden gut zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal als vierköpfige Familie in dem Ferienhaus und es hat uns wieder prima gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, großzügig und die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die traumhaften Strände Arrifana und Monte Clerigo sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wundervolles Haus mit Ausblick

Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame Wochen hier verbracht. Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses machen es einem leicht, sich sofort wohlzufühlen. Der weite Blick von der Terrasse war für uns das Entscheidungskriterium für dieses Haus - wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Wer -so wie wir- viel und gerne kocht, wird die sorgsame Küchenausstattung zu schätzen wissen: gut schneidende Messer und alle Geräte in vollfunktionsfähigem Zustand - das ist nach unserer Erfahrung keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Alles war super vorbereitet, sehr sauber und einladend und der Kontakt mit Grit & Tobias sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Vielen Dank euch beiden, wir kommen gerne einmal wieder! Wunderbarer und ruhiger Urlaub im Sommerhaus

Das Sommerhaus von Grit und Tobias ist sehr schön und ruhig im Valhe da Tela gelegen. Die Wohnsiedlung liegt ca. 10 Autominuten von der Praia de Monte Clerigo weg, einem der schönsten Strände in dieser Gegend Portugals. Das Haus lässt aus unserer Sicht nichts vermissen. Liegen, Hängematte, Strandmuschel, Grill.....alles vorhanden, was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub in der Sonne braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der direkten Umgebung als auch in Aljezur, das man von dort aus in ca. 15 Autominuten erreichen kann. Auch die Kücheneinrichtung bietet eine Spülmaschine und einen kleinen Gasherd. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr modern und groß, so dass man mit reduziertem Gepäck anreisen kann. Fazit: Ein Urlaub, in dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist top. Es gab sogar Strandbadetücher, eine Strandmuschel und einen Sonnenschirm. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe komplikationslos. Wir haben viele schöne Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus genossen. In der Nähe gibt es wunderschöne Strände (mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar). Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Wir würden das Haus jeder Zeit wieder mieten.

Boa casa mas com grave problema de saneamento

A experiência na casa foi razoável. Tinha tudo para correr bem, não fossem as falhas que vou descrever: 1: chegamos à casa e literalmente na primeira vez que usamos a casa de banho a sanita ficou entupida. Tivemos que resolver à nossa maneira, sem qualquer pre-aviso e ferramentas para auxiliar. Portanto os hóspedes anteriores entupiram porque não respeitaram os avisos de “Não pôr o papel na sanita” e portanto sobrou para nós resolvê-lo. 2: A partir desse momento ficamos com um cheiro a fossa e esgoto na suite, que de alastrava para o corredor. Tornou-se complicado dormir nesse quarto com esse cheiro. 3: Na 3ª noite ficamos sem gás, mas uma vez sem pre-aviso de que tal poderia acontecer. Portanto ficamos sem poder cozinhar e tomar banhos. O responsável pela casa (Micha) não atendeu as chamadas. Um pouco mais tarde, após enviarmos mensagem, disse que ia aparecer nessa noite ainda para trocar a botija, no entanto decidiu não aparecer. Apareceu na manhã seguinte sem o nosso consentimento. Conclusão: horas e horas de espera em vão. 4: inundação na suite!! Num dos banhos normais da casa da banho da suite, deparo-me com uma inundação no quarto todo com a água a sair do cifão. Foi muito mau. Mais uma vez sem nos avisarem de que tal poderia acontecer. Muito mau! Ficamos com as malas e roupas molhadas. Para além destes problemas, a casa não tem canais portugueses ou internacionais, apenas alemães. A Internet tem algumas falhas. No final disseram que estragamos uma rede de mosquitos, que nós não estragamos. No entanto a casa é boa e está bem equipada. Se precaverem os hóspedes dos problemas da casa seria muito melhor. De qualquer forma devem resolver os problemas sanitários urgentemente.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist geräumig, ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet und auch für Familien zu empfehlen. Wir haben es genossen in der Hängematte zu liegen und in die Weite zu gucken. Die Lage des Hauses ist super und es gibt tolle Strände in der Umgebung, sehr nette Restaurants und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Grit und Tobias hatten tolle Tipps, was man in der Umgebung alles machen kann.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben knapp zwei Wochen in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht, in dem alles vorhanden war. In der Umgebung sind viele schöne Strände, die man jedoch nur mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Morgens und Abends haben wir auf der Terasse gegessen und die Ruhe genossen. Die zahlreichen Strände waren alle sehr schön und zum Glück nicht so voll wie Strände an der Südalgarve. Abwicklung war reibungslos und nette E-Mail Kontakt zu den Eigentümern. Immer wieder gerne!!!!!

Ideale Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub

Tolle Ferienhaus in idealer Lage. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und war sehr sauber, so dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Es ist genug Platz vorhanden, um sich auch einmal zurückzuziehen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Man muss also nicht zwingend Essen gehen, sondern kann sich im nahen Aljezur in der Markthalle mit frischen Sachen versorgen und zubereiten. Abends kann man von der Terrasse hervorragend den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
