PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING.

This 1800 SR, 3 BR, 2 BA home is located on a large one-acre lot in a very quiet and peaceful subdivision. Walk out to the covered patio to enjoy the relaxing sound of the waterfall or a take a refreshing dip in the private pool.
(NOTE: This is a 12' oval dipping pool that is only 4' deep and is solar-heated. This means, it most likely will be unavailable to swim in from December to March. The waterfall however runs all year long from 8AM to 8PM).

The property is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, the Ocala National Forest and many other State Parks. It is only 7.5 miles from the WEC for our equestrian guests and 2.5 miles from FAST for our competitive swimmers!

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, slow cooker, Belgian waffle maker, hand mixer, high end pots and pans, cooking utensils, standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker with coffee, creamer, sugar, and sugar substitute, 8-person dining table, 4-person breakfast bar, all the spices, storage baggies, storage containers, dish soaps, etc.

WE PROVIDE: Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash hair dryer, hangers, towels, linens, and portable crib with linens.

FAQ: Home has step-free access. Pets are allowed (2 max) with completed pet addendum and fee (to be completed and paid pre-trip) Ring doorbell for your safety and early check-in and late departure available for a fee so long as the calendar allows.

Meets Your Needs!

We had booked this property, specifically looking for a heated pool for the kids, since we wouldn't be close to the beach this time. The pool was a bit chilly for us (solar heated but the kids didn't care and if you're not from Florida don't expect private pools to be heated 80+ degrees that costs big $$ down here!) but we expected it to be chilly due to the cool nights/mornings and it rained a good bit the first night/day- no fault of the host by any means and it was clean!! The house is very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen if you're plan to stay in and cook! The grill is in good working order. I wasn't sold entirely on the beds and the master bed could use a new mattress in the near future. The twin beds were decorated in a cute Snoopy theme but the metal frames will need replaced or maybe tightened up- especially if adults plan to sleep on them. The front bedroom was also a king and comfortable. There are a lot of extra pillows if needed in the closets!! The neighborhood is quiet and traffic is slow enough to ride bikes, run or take walks. Communication was great with our host as we had some questions and received quick answers and results! The house is clean and has a "lived in feel" that gives off cozy vibes! We enjoyed movie nights on the couch with all the extra fuzzy blankets. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the bathrooms and appreciated the plethora of towels and the make-up towels! Fabulous property near WEC

We had a great time at this property. It is spacious, clean, and offered all the amenities that we required. Check in was easy and the host was quick to reply to any questions. We can't wait to stay here again.

Great place!

We loved the home, location, quiet neighborhood. Traveling with a toddler can be difficult. Home was clean, plenty of room for family of 5 or more. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful Stay

Very quiet and convenient location and house was in great condition. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, and cleanliness was immaculate. The pool area was relaxing with good seating. Hope to return soon!

Quiet, clean, nice neighborhood

In town for a horse show. Beds were really comfortable, clean, lots of room. Only about 10 minutes from WEC, convenient to airport.

We fell in love with Ocala while visiting friends in 2020. In 2021, we purchased our first home and with the intent to provide a home-away-from home place for people to stay while traveling. We enjoy hosting so much. We have met so many wonderful people from all over the United States, Guatemala and the United Kingdom. In fact, we enjoy it so much, we purchased a second home in June 2022 and are actively looking for a third!

Why they chose this property

Since we love to travel ourselves, we know what we are NOT looking for in a home. Too often in our travels we have found homes that were not comfortable and not very well equipped. We made sure our home in nice and cozy with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked with upgraded appliances, including an air fryer, Keurig coffee maker and Belgian waffle maker. The kitchen is stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, baggies, etc.
