Brand new apartment in the hearth of Cihangir/Taksim
This apartment is in the middle of a metropolitan and just a few minutes away from the subway, the tram, the central busses and everything else you need. It’s also very close to the heart of the night life which is the Taksim Square. Cihangir is an artistic, historical and lively neighborhood where you can both find peace and have fun together. Cihangir is full of cafes, restaurants, museums, art galleries and bars and has a buoyant and enjoyable atmosphere which attracts lots of people from all around the world.

> AC unit is in the living room only(24.000 btu) which cools whole apartment.

>Apartment on -1 floor with elevator and has a backyard.
>A portable crib and a high chair can be provided as long as it is indicated in the reservation.

LIVING ROOM :
Spacious room with a dining area connected to backyard. Smart TV, cable broadcast and WIFI, Netflix available.

BEDROOM 1:
Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized double bed, large closed wardrobe and a make up desk which can also serve as a work station. Blackout curtains for sleep-ins. The wardrobe contains iron, board, and extras.

BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized double bed, large closed wardrobe . Blackout curtains for sleep-ins.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen contains stove, oven, full fridge w. freezer, dishwasher (detergent provided) coffee maker(coffee provided), electric kettle/tea machine(tea provided), utensils, pots & pans. , tea-bags, coffee, principle spices, vinegar, olive oil will be available in the kitchen when you check-in.
Please remember that while these are provided for your stay, we will not be re-stocking.

BATHROOM:
Bathroom has 7/24 hot water with dedicated boiler, washing machine with dryer (detergents provided), contains basic toiletries as shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels, hair dryer, hair conditioner, make up cotton etc.

Please remember that while these are provided for your stay, we will not be re-stocking.
Guest access
There is a paid parking lot belonging to the municipality on an upper street (2 minutes walking distance)
There are also free parking spaces on the street.
Other things to note
> Smoking inside is prohibited and can be fined. Still, there will be an ashtray at the backyard to use only at the backyard. This is the designated smoking spot for the flat, all other areas non-smoking.

> Washing machines and the combi-boiler providing the heat and hot water have simple operating instructions by the relevant machine, please contact us right away in case of problems.

> Please contact us if you have any damage/trouble with the flat.

> Please don’t leave the AC, lights, etc. on when you leave the flat. You must have heard of global warming!

> Please be aware that the tap water in Istanbul, although it is processed properly, is not drinkable nor potable as the infrastructure is not perfect everywhere. Do not risk it.
