With over two acres to yourself and only a few minutes from all the wineries, old town Temecula and Pechanga, you are guaranteed to enjoy all that Wine Country has to offer!

The Rose Ranch Estate is suitable for up to 10 guests looking to relax by the pool and jacuzzi or enjoy the incredible location surrounded by wineries! It is perfect for a family getaway or wedding weekend!

*Important: If you would like the pool heated to a desired temperature, please let me know at a minimum 24 hours before check in. It is heated by propane and costs an additional $150/day to heat April-September and $250/day to heat October-March.

*The jacuzzi can be heated for up to 3 hours at a cost of $75/day between the hours of 8AM-11:59PM*

Can we cook at the house? What about BBQ?

Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, pots, and pans. The refrigerator is equipped with filtered water and has an ice maker. We also have a BBQ on property for you to enjoy (filled propane tank is provided free of cost). We simply ask that you clean the grill after use for the next guests.

The home is also equipped with a single cup keurig, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave.

Do you have a hot tub?

We do! The in ground jacuzzi can be heated to your desired temperature for up to 3 hours at $75/day between 8AM-11:59PM.

Is the home suitable for children?

Being a 2 acre estate, there is more then enough room to run around and with the beach style entry, your children will spend hours in the large resort style pool! There is not a fence around the pool, however the deck has secure locks and latches preventing unsupervised entrance to the pool.

What about outside? Is there ample seating?

On our large wraparound deck, there is a cushioned couch patio set which seats 6 along with a picnic table and 4 additional chairs. Around the pool are 2 wooden lounge chairs and table along with 2 gravity lounge chairs. Plenty of seating for everyone!

What about the TV situation?

We have 4 TVs, one located in the family room, Master bedroom, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 with Rokus attached to them allowing you to stream any networks you subscribe to!
