It is a country-modern, ranch-style home with breathtaking views overlooking the entire valley; you will be less than 2 miles away from the closest winery and within 5 miles away to 40+ local wineries of Temecula. This private 10-acre estate has everything you need for a memorable getaway.

This home has a feel of a modern mountain retreat, complete with a towering center stone fireplace. 3 of the 4 bedrooms in the house have their own stunning 360 Degree, panoramic views of the Temecula wine valley and mountains!

Have total privacy - Over 18 acres of land surrounding the home located on the highest hilltop of the valley and over 45+ fruit trees.

Entertainment at BEST! A Smart Flatscreen TV is in every bedroom. A brand new, 85 Inch Sony Smart TV is in the Living Room and the Game room.

*** Stream your favorite movies and TV shows at ease! We have subscriptions to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus, Hulu, ESPN+.

Coffee for breakfast is a must! We have a Drip coffee machine, a Ninjia Specialty Coffee Maker, French Press, Milk Frother & Coffees beans. The only way to start your day is with a nice cup of coffee.

The outdoor space is completely private with an art-decorated pool, a water fountain, a Hot-tub, a fire pit, and a BBQ area. The Outdoor lights are automatically turned on by sunset and turned off at midnight for your enjoyment as you delight in the year-round warm weather. There are over 8 outdoor separate seating areas, so there is room for the whole family!

We loved staying at this property! We were here for my bachelorette party and had a blast. The house is clean, the property is beautiful, and the owner is incredibly friendly! The only downside was that one of the neighbors is incredibly serious about those 10pm quiet hours. This is to say nothing about the host, he was so kind about notifying us.

Nice retreat for a bachelor party

Everyone enjoyed there stay at the Grey Stone Property. We went out to Old Town Temecula to enjoy some restaurants and arcade. The game room is spacious and has it's own kitchenet and bathroom. The house gives a cabin retreat vibe with great sunsets.

Great place building priceless memories

It was so fun to stay here with three other families friend. Kids have their fun at the pool and game room. Adults build great memories while cooking, eating, drinking, and laughing at the jacuzzi. Those bonding memories are priceless. Best time ever!

The house was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for our large family. We had an issue with the hot tub that was resolved quickly. Views are great and it was fun waking up and seeing air balloons in the distance. Would be happy to stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

I rented the property while my family was in town visiting from Philly and we all had an amazing time. The house is gorgeous with all the amenities and technology you could need. The pool was a huge highlight as well as the game room and all the space to spread out. We cooked both days of our trip and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. David and Patricia were extremely responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t wait to rent this place again.

Our stay here was great with friends. The house was very clean and comfortable. Tons of space to lounge around, hangout, watch sports, and sleep. Other great on-premise amenities we enjoyed included the game room and outdoor pool. Also in a good location to drive out to some wineries or to other activities in Temecula. David was a very communicative and responsive host. Very detailed instructions for both checking-in and out and ideas of activities during our stay. Would fully recommend.

Beautiful Home and Views! Perfect for family!

This home was beautiful with amazing views of Temecula countryside. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises accompanied by hot air balloons! Close to many wineries. Our family enjoyed ice skating, horseback riding, wine tasting, Old Town and day trips to Del Mar and San Diego. So many options. The owners were very accommodating and made sure our stay was pleasant. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub as well! Would highly recommend this home for families. Very spacious and kitchen was perfect for our family to cook several meals together and even grill out. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Temecula Wine Country Home

My family and I had a great stay at the beautiful Grey Stone Ranch. The house is beautiful from both outside and inside. The house was clean and very spacious. The bedding was super comfortable. We enjoyed every part of the house including the pool, the game room with lots of great game options for all ages. The home has amazing views from all around the property. It is in a great location, 5-15 minutes from most wineries in the Temecula area. The owner was very communicative. He was flexible with the requests we had. We had the opportunity to meet him in person and he was a great guy. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Bachelorette wine weekend

The house is amazing and stocked with everything you need. We had a large group for a bachelorette wine tasting weekend. Everyone had their own space and bed. The living room is huge and could fit everyone with immaculate views of Temecula. It was cold and rainy so we utilized the spa and pool, which was heated and for everyone comfortably. Great property and I would stay again! The property owner was quick in responding to our messages and followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Cool property with a fun game room

Location was nice- morning hot air balloon sightings:). Lot’s of space, huge master bedroom, 3 other bedrooms have their own full bathroom (however one is attached to the game room and is a bunk bed), nice bedding- comfortable beds. We loved the game room with a pool table and shuffleboard. Nice pool. We would have loved to have an in-ground spa instead, but it was fine. The pool furniture could use updating and the umbrellas were broken, but David said those would be replaced. Great communication with the owner and property manager. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a fabulous home!! We had the best time. Even the pull out couch was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was pretty quiet too....can't hear much between the walls. The kitchen is fabulous and the appliances are awesome! Huge washer & dryer. The pool area is wonderful. There were 6 of us and we were really able to spread out. The owner was so great in communicating with questions I had and even had a basket of welcome snacks for us which was devoured in a matter of hours! We will be back!!

We LOVED our stay at High Point, Temecula. Colleen was a fantastic host. She responded quickly to all our questions & requests. The house is laid out beautifully. Amazing views from all rooms. The house is clean & has lots of little extras, beach towels for the pool & jacuzzi, fireplace inside & out, great game room, fantastic kitchen with everything you need. The house is situated on a hill with a spectacular vantage point for daytime landscape views & a sparkle of night time lights. Location is great for wine tasting tours as it's located just minutes outside of many wineries and in a quiet, serene neighborhood with easy walks & wooded hikes just outside the front door. We will definitely be back.

Big, beautiful, and cozy.

The property was wonderful. It had many rooms. The kitchen was open. There are balconies everywhere with nice views. The living room was very cozy. My friends had a wonderful time. The master bedroom was far enough away from the kitchen, living area, and play room (basement) to provide privacy. Just bring some toiletries if staying here (shower gel). They did provide shampoo and conditioner in the master, but that's about it. That's the only advice I'd give to others. It was well worth it though. Wonderful stay. I definitely want to come back. Thank you for a great time. My friends and I really enjoyed the place.
