This private gated Executive Ranch Estate has magnificent views from nearly every room and sits on almost 5 acres of rolling hill, right in the heart of Wine Country. Fully renovated in 2019 open Kitchen and large center island, high ceilings, open floor plan, infinity pool gazing out over expansive rolling hills and vineyards. It's a perfect balance of elegance and comfort, a modern and rustic lifestyle.

Sleeping arrangement:
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs with 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and a bunker bed.
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds.

Entertainment:
(Smart TV, guest must use their own Netflix or other online TV service account)
- Pool table in the garage
- Big screen TV in the living room. also TVs in the garage with pool table and master bedroom.

Spa and pool:
- Spa heating is included for 5hrs/night, programmed to heat the SPA ONLY from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Ask our management team for a pool or extra heating fee. The pool may not be heated during winter due to the low air temperature.

- The fireplace is not operational

- Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level).

Parking:
- No parking space in the garage ( for owners storage and pool table)
- Parking space is limited to 8 vehicles.

NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS:

If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. While we do allow very specific types of gatherings, this is not the home for large or overly loud events. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance.

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings:
No amplified music
No excessive shouting/yelling
No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust
No loud music coming from vehicles

Between 9:30 pm and 8 am:
No outdoor activities at the poolside.
NO NOISE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

If your kids love pools...

They will love this house. Awesome infinity pool that was spacious enough for 8 kids. The kitchen layout was great. We cooked smores in the firepit at night, and dined al fresco on the large patio space. No shortage of towels, toiletries etc. We had a great stay.

Wonderful getaway

Amazing pool area with incredible scenic views. Great accommodations for multiple families with kids. Roomy and comfortable. Great kitchen. Everyone was happy. We would stay here again.

Nice property but needs some TLC

Overall, we had a good time and the property, rooms, yard and pool were accurated depicted and described. But I had to give this a 4-star because it needs some TLC. From the time you arrive through the gate of the property, you see wear on the gate and front doors. Worn off paint, etc. We had an issue with a clogged garbage disposal that one of our guests fixed b/c no one was dispatched out even after communicating with the manager through the app. The patio furniture cushions were soaking wet and had green mold underneath. There were a few broken lawn lights that were just sheared off and left on the ground. There was a stain on the carpet in one of the upstairs bedrooms. On the double doors of the master bedroom (which is beautiful), written with a black sharpie was the word "Open Door". Really tacky. We couldn't get all of the string lights on the pergolas to work - they were solar powered and it was overcast during most of our stay. Other than those things, we had a great time. We just accepted it for what it was and moved on. I would not stay there again unless the property received some TLC and repaired some of the little things that move a property from 4 star to 5 star. The managers of the property were very quick to respond through the app. It was always within 2 minutes.
