Welcome to Beachy Dreams! Make yourself at home in our beautiful one-bedroom condo on the 12th floor in the Origin at Seahaven Resort! You'll find yourself just steps away from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! The unique location provides picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico and West Bay.

Your stay at Beachy Dreams include two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella rental ($40/day value) during the season which typically runs March 15-Oct 31, but is dependent on the provider . These are provided by FunPCB.com and are conveniently located at the kiosk at the beach access for Origin Resort.

If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors without venturing to the beach, Origin Resort features a unique 4th floor pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is heated during the cooler seasons. A hot tub is also available on the 4th floor pool deck.

Our condo, "Beachy Dreams", features a spacious living area with a private balcony where you can watch the sunrise each morning. You'll also find a full kitchen, equipped with all you might need for dining in...or take a quick walk across the street to world-famous Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant to enjoy a meal. You're also across the street from Senor Frogs, a popular Mexican restaurant, a short walk from Runaway Island, for more upscale dining, and Barefoot Hide-A-Way Bar & Grill.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of fun at the beach, or shopping. Did we mention that Pier Park is less than a mile away? Pier Park is a tourist destination that features the Russell-Fields Pier, many restaurants, and a variety of shopping options.

The living room set up provides for spectacular views of PCB and West Bay. The sofa is a sofa/sleeper, which allows for 4 to sleep comfortably in the condo.

After a long day at the beach, relax on the 15th floor observation deck as you take in the spectacular sun as it sets over the Gulf of Mexico. Origin at Seahaven also features a fitness center , on-site market and restaurant, and a movie theater!

Amazing spot stay!

I will be definitely be rebooking this place for any trips to PCB! The place was so clean, quiet and comfortable. Great food across the street or many other options within walking distance. Perfect spacious clean one bedroom! The unit had everything we needed. It was ideal for a party of three. The property was clean as well. Didn’t have any issues with the elevator on time and unit being on the 12th floor. Parking was convenient. The beach is literally a skip away. Location to pier park, grocery stores, and restaurants were less than 10mins away. Everyone who stayed at the Origin were friendly. Will book and recommend! John and Tracy were on top of everything from beginning to end, even touched based with us during the trip. We loved it!

Amazing place!!

This was such a fun condo to stay in. We had a blast and everything was in walking distance! Even being across the street wasn’t bad. It was super easy to cross and the beach was right there.

We wanted a comfortable place to stay that was close to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were great selling features for us. The staff was friendly as well as the other guests we encountered. Vacation Well Worth It!

The property is simply Awesome! Right across the street from the beach, plenty of Eatery as well, the pool, the game room, the movie theatre, the relaxing decks with grilling accessories… you really don’t have to go anywhere. We were basically, “At Home” away from home in our rental. The Owners were exceptional! We would definitely love to stay again.

Great location

The condo is in a perfect location! Close to the grocery, Pier Park, several restaurants and souvenir shops! The condo was spacious and there was plenty of room for me, my cousin and her two teen kids. The hosts were very responsive when I reached out with any questions. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place close to the beach and activities!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Our only complaint on cleanliness is that the floors were sandy when we arrived. However, it is the beach and we knew we would track in our own sand eventually so it was not a huge deal.

i love how close everything was! we rarely used the car the entire time. The owners are amazing! Very easy to communicate, helpful. The condo itself was beautiful! It’s big for anyone that has a party 4 or less. I had a wonderful time and so did the rest of my party. Definitely will be back!

We have always enjoyed the beach and have always loved staying in the panhandle, especially Panama City Beach. During our many visits to PCB we were very grateful to the wonderful hosts who provided their condos for us to enjoy. It was our dream to one day be one of those condo owners. At the end of 2021 we were able to make that dream a reality!!
During our stays, we were always appreciative to the hosts who went above and beyond to provide a clean, well-maintained place for us to reside during our vacations. Our goal is to provide that same level of service to our guests.

Why they chose this property

When we first viewed this property we fell in love with it. We are self-described "beach snobs" and always vowed to stay directly on the beach, not across the street. However, this unit provides a unique perspective of PCB. Not only do you get the beach views, you also can view West Bay and all the happenings on Front Beach Road.

We love the beachy colors and the feel of the condo unit. It's big enough to spread out but still has a very cozy feeling.

The many windows provide more natural light than many of the other condos in Panama City Beach.

What makes this property unique

Some of the unique features of the Origin Condos is that it's a resort style building with interior hallways and entry doors, which provides an extra level of security to our guests.

The pool being on the 4th floor provides unique Gulf views while swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying the hot tub.

We also love it's close proximity to Pier Park, Runaway Island, and World Famous Sharky's.
