Eco-renovated barn in the heart of nature

In the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, in the Creuse and Anglin valleys, 25 km from La Roche-Posay and 100 km from Tours, this eco-renovated barn (European Ecolabel, Natural Park Value) is close to nature (hiking and mountain biking trails start from the property, and the Voie Verte greenway is nearby) and the Haute Touche animal park. The ground floor comprises a kitchen/living/dining room, one bedroom (one queen-size bed), a walk-in shower/toilet, an entrance hall, and a separate toilet (with washing machine).

The first floor features two bedrooms: a dormitory (four single beds) and a children's room (two bunk beds), a small lounge (stereo, DVD player, TV, board games, library), and a shower room/toilet. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove (from November to late April/early May). Water recovery system and phytoremediation.
Only fitted sheets and pillowcases are provided.

Duvet covers €10 per stay/cover. We do not have the "Accessible Accommodation" label, but the barn is adapted to facilitate the stay of people with reduced mobility and visual impairments (lift for people with reduced mobility, walk-in showers, sliding doors, LED stair lighting, worktops, pathways, etc.).
Only fitted sheets and pillowcases are provided; please bring your own top sheets or duvet cover (90 cm for 8 beds and 160 cm for 1 bed) (€10 per stay/cover if provided).
Household linen and towels are not provided.
Environmentally friendly cleaning products are provided.
