An adjoining annex offers a night space (1 double bed in 120cm) and a laundry area. A nice covered and equipped terrace (table and chairs). The exteriors are equipped with a summer kitchen with barbecue and 2 gas fires, Chilean, hammock .... An independent toilet. FORTS POINTS: Quiet, view of Port Médoc. Deposit to be settled on site.
