Il Leccio is a beautiful, cozy, restored farmhouse in a beautiful single location on a slope near Capezzano Monte, near Pietrasanta. From here you have a fantastic view over the valleys to the Versilian coast with its impressive, kilometers long sandy beach. The decor is good and typical of the country. Parking space in front of the house.
Furnishing:
Ground floor: living room with fireplace and satellite TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, terrace with barbecue. 1. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds with access to a small terrace). Possibility of heating via electric oven, fireplace and gas oven. The windows are provided with mosquito nets. Additional bed on request. WiFi available.

Tolle Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht

Kurzum: traumhaft schönes Plätzchen mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Wenn man sich aber, wie ich, gern vollständig ungezwungen bewegen möchte sollte man wissen, dass das Haus nur von der Eingangsseite, sowie Terrasse direkt am Haus nicht einsehbar ist. Ansonsten kann man von überall auf das Grundstück sehen. Dazu führt am hinteren Teil auch ein offizieller Wanderweg entlang, den ich selbst mehrfach zum Start einer Wanderung genutzt habe. Dadurch wusste ich, dass man wunderbar die Geschehnisse auf dem Grundstück beobachten kann. Für nicht so waghalsige Fahrer wie mich ist der letzte Teil der Anfahrt sicher ein Abenteuer. Ich fand es toll.

Haus in traumhafter Lage

Der Check in klappt reibungslos. Das Haus liegt weit oben in den Bergen. Fahrzeug unbedingt erforderlich. Inneneinrichtung schon älter aber charmant passt zum Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder

Das Reiseziel war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut ausgewählt. Die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten die uns interessiert haben, waren alle innerhalb von 1,5 Stunden erreichbar. Wir würden das Haus nochmal buchen.

kaltes und nasses Haus

Die Lage und der Blick vom Haus ist überragend, doch eine sehr kurvenreiche Anfahrt aus von der Küste. Leider ist das Haus kalt und feucht gewesen. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und es gab so gut wie kein warmes Wasser. Das Holz für den Kamin war morsch und zu feucht für ein wärmendes Feuer. Die Einrichtung ist eher nicht zeitgemäß und das gesamte Haus müsste dringend saniert werden.

Sehr schönes Haus in fantastischer Lage mit Blick auf das Meer.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und lädt zur Erholung ein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, auch eine gute Internetverbindung. Die Wegbeschreibung ist sehr gut, wir haben das Haus auf Anhieb gefunden. Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr freundlich, die Übergabe der Schlüssel war unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

einzigartiges Feriendomizil

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Der Garten ist einzigartig, es gab viel zu entdecken. Die Aussicht ist grandios und das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich. Wir waren Ende Mai dort und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön.Das Objekt war sehr gut, nur der Weg zur Unterkunft war am Anfang sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Entschädigung dafür war ein herrlicher Ausblick über Stadt bis hin zum Meer.Herrlich ruhig und Ausflugsziele wie Pisa und Florenz leicht zu erreichen.Wir fanden es war ein erholsamer Urlaub.LG Fam Di Noto.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben mit 5 Leuten, 2 Erwachsene mit 3 erwachsenen Töchtern dort einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist abenteuerlich, aber die Lage und der Ausblick sind es wert.

Toller Blick und sehr schöner Garten

Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist weit oben am Berg, d.h. ruhig und guter Ausgangspunkt, um etwas in den Bergen zu wandern. Man überblickt - bei guter Sicht - die ganze Küstenlinie der Versilia. die Für die Fahrt nach Pietrasanta muss man etwa 15-20 Minuten einkalkulieren. Die Ausstattung ist gut und ausreichend. Sollte man in der kälteren Jahreszeit die Heizung benötigen, ist allerdings mit erheblichen Nebenkosten zu rechnen. Insgesamt ein toller Osterurlaub.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, propriétaire disponible si besoin et très accueillant. La maison est très typique et bien placée. La vue est très belle. En conclusion nous reviendrons certainement. Pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas se passer d.internet , pas de réseau.
