Fully furnished 3 bed 2 bath newly renovated home in Nashville
centrally located 10 mins to airport and 15 mins to Broadway! The home is also just a short drive to popular restaurants like Party Fowl and other local favorites, Opry Mills Mall, The Grand Ole Opry, Sound Wavez indoor water park, and much more!

Pets considered on a case by case basis - please inquire if you would like to bring a pet. Additional fees apply.

The Space:
Room descriptions: Room 1: King bed + full bath. Room 2: Queen bed. Room 3: Queen bed. The second full bath is in hallway between bed 2 and 3. We have included many additional amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible such as a baby crib, high chair for infants, remote control shades, and keyless entry.

*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed.

If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

Comfortable and Cozy, Close to Entertainment

Overall, the property was nice. The beds are comfortable, plenty of space for a family. The location is close to many sites, shopping, and close to downtown. Nice amenities provided, easy check-in/check out process. Only 1 recommendation is extra blankets. Neighbors/neighborhood is very quiet.

Nashville trip

The place was charming and the layout worked perfectly with my husband and I along with our adult son. It was close to downtown Nashville and the airport. Lots of places nearby to grab a quick bite or a romantic dinner. The owner was a accommodating and worked with us throughout our stay. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog. If you’re coming to Nashville I recommend this property.

Great Management to work with

The home is older but has been nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice. Toiletries were w lol furnished. We had a very small issue while there but when we notified management they were there within the hour to correct. You don’t find that kind of response time often so I commend them for their quick response. Only suggestion: Provide some kind of cleaner. We had a spill and there was nothing to clean with. At 11:30 at night we had to go get something. But I won’t let that stop me from renting from them again.
