Step into our recently remodeled 1920s Craftsman home, where an open living floor plan invites you to relax and unwind after a day exploring Nashville. Quality furnishings mingle seamlessly with unique, vintage finds. With an inviting second living space featuring a lofty vaulted ceiling, your family and friends will have ample room. Throughout the home, you'll discover nods to Nashville's rich musical history, from a deconstructed piano to salvaged bricks from the century-old fireplace. It's a symphony of style and comfort.
The primary bedroom suite is your sanctuary, featuring a stately King bed and a twin daybed with trundle. An ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower complete the space. Meanwhile, the 2nd bedroom offers another King bed and easy access to a 2nd bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub, and shower.
Step outside onto the classic craftsman front porch, perfect for morning coffees, teas, or even adult beverages while you watch Nashville go by. Plus, the front yard is fully fenced!
Set in the heart of Historic East Nashville, walk to local coffee shops, eclectic cuisine, bars, shopping, and family-friendly activities right in the neighborhood. 1. Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancellation of the reservation with applicable penalties.
2. Accessibility: The home is accessible only via small flights of stairs at both the front and back entrances.
3. Location: Located on a bustling street, you may hear some street noise in the front living and front bedroom area.
4. Fencing: The front yard is fenced but has spaces where smaller dogs or children could potentially escape.
5. Sleeping Arrangements: 2 king beds, a twin daybed with trundle (2 twins total), and a queen sleeper sofa accommodating up to 8 guests.
6. Dynamic Rates: Our rates vary based on the day of the week, season, and other factors. Please enter your exact dates and guest count for accurate pricing. For guest counts over 6 (maximum of 8 guests), an extra fee of $25 per guest per night applies, including infants and children.
7. Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 21+ per Davidson County. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times.
8. Saturday check-ins/checkouts: not available.
9. TVs: streaming services only; no local cable channels.
10. Pets: We welcome potty trained dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $25/day. Please indicate the number of dogs (max 2) during or after booking. The pet fee is in addition to your reservation total and will be requested separately after making your reservation. Payment is due within 48 hours of reservation being made or immediately if reservation begins within 48 hours. Cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, and other non-human animals are NOT allowed. Additional pet "house rules" apply.
11. RVs/ Boats/ Non-Standard Vehicles: We are unable to accommodate trailers, RVs, boats, or non-standard vehicles in driveway or on street per Davidson County regulations.
12. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
13. Home Age: Our nearly 100-year-old home underwent a complete renovation in January 2023 however has retained some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos.
14. Smart Home Features: Our home is equipped with smart home technology and security devices. A doorbell camera is installed at both entry doors, facing away from the interior of the home. NO interior cameras are present. Echo devices are available and considered listening devices inside the home. If preferred, echo devices can be unplugged for your stay.
