A downstairs deck facing the backyard offers even more outdoor seating, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. In the mood for some competition? Tabletop shuffleboard and air hockey games will get the laughs going or turn your fun digital with gaming system in the upper-level game room featuring a comfortable sofa, smart TV, wet bar, and wine cooler.



On the main level, the open concept floor plan offers ample space for your group to spread out while offering opportunities to come together for memorable moments. The living room includes cushy sofa seating with an attached chaise lounge, as well as a large mounted smart TV to create the ideal locale for an immersive movie night. The host was incredibly welcoming and even left a thoughtful “Welcome to Nashville” message on a whiteboard, which was such a lovely touch. The home’s modern design is absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely consider staying again the next time we’re in Nashville—just a couple of minor cosmetic items could use attention. While the location isn’t walkable, it’s only a quick 2–8 minute drive to everything.

This is a beautiful property and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate a special request for us. I was on a girls trip and we all really enjoyed the property and the close proximity to downtown. We walked it a few times took 30 minutes to Broadway. The neighborhood is up and coming, but we felt safe and there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

A lot of vacation rentals are older properties that have squeaky floors and just have an aesthetic makeover but this home felt new and was very well built and maintained. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed... BUT it is in a very bad location. Yes, it's close to everything BUT you will NOT want to walk anywhere in that dangerous neighborhood. I had to call 911 three times, once at 6:30am on a Sunday morning after a late night out. Two hoodlums were arguing, yelling and fighting in front of the house about something. Then they started packing a couple of bags with who knows what. One of them walked up towards our door with the bags and I was afraid for our safety so I called 911. After the 3rd time, the police came to the house and let us know that things like that are normal for that part of town. There's an obvious drug house behind the house, and the druggies park in front of this house to walk back to that house that people are in and out of all day/night long. Although the communication was good with the property management, they stopped responding and said there was nothing they could do regarding that crazy experience we had. Luckily, we were all adults staying there and other than the hoodlums and drug house, we had a good experience inside the house and out on the town in Nashville. I would only suggest that this house only be rented with the understanding it is not the safest neighborhood, and please DO NOT STAY HERE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. Other than that, it is a beautiful, cozy house.

This is a very nice house and everything was spotless. It was only 2 miles to the hot spots on Broadway, so less than 10 for 4 of us to Uber there. The property has 3 bedrooms, one on the top floor and 2 on the middle, so there is lots of privacy. The whole place seems to have been recently remodeled, so it's very fresh. The master shower is HUGE! The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is because there isn't much within walking distance. If you have a car, everything is close. We didn't want to deal with parking, so we just got taxis and Ubers everywhere. Overall, it was a great stay.
