Less than impressed
About 6 hours prior to check in I received a text message indicating that the location I booked was no longer available and I was being moved. Upon arrival, the door access code did not work, there was no phone support, only text support, and it took a 1/2 hour to resolve. The unit was not equivalent to the one I booked. The furniture was low to the ground, the bed low to the ground. The couch was not usable for this reason nor was the kitchen table. My knees were above my hips when sitting. There was no pots and pans to cook on. The floor was sticky. The sheets had a few what seemed to be either rust or blood stains on them, they were clean but clearly stained.
The wifi was not up and running or needed to be reset, there for I used my ipad.
The unit itself was passable, although some of the linoleum flooring was peeling up and some of the walls looked to have had previous water damage. The shower/tub in the main bathroom was clean but the caulking was peeling and the spout was very loose, to the point I was nervous to touch it.
I communicated my issues with the management and was told that someone would drop off cooking pots and pans the following day, since they were not sure that they could move me to a new location. I never received the pots and pans and was told I could purchase them myself and be reimbursed up to $50.00. I did not do so as I did not have time to go to Walmart to shop. I ended up spending more on eating out.
