This NEWLY REMODELED condo is decked out with all the modern conveniences: TVs in the den, bedrooms, range, oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator with granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom. Welcome to your Ocean Front Retreat with views of the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo! Our two-bedroom oceanfront condo on the 5th floor comes equipped with towels, linens, pots, and pans for your stay. The apartment sleeps up to 4 and has one queen bedroom, one guest bedroom (two beds total), 2 bathrooms, and a separate living area, which is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a cheese grater, a cutting board, a can opener, knives, a coffee maker, veggie peeler. The living area includes a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa that pulls out into a bed. Amazing views from the kitchen table!

Good accommodation….lacking cleanliness

The property was good size for family of 4. Great location and views of beach. We like condos for ability to cook. The stove was dirty and set the smoke alarm off EVERY time we tried to use it. The furniture was good. The cleaning was not. I didn’t complain while there due to the hassle of it. It was SPOT cleaned. The floors were sticky, there was human hair everywhere like it had not been vacuumed. The property check out asked that dishes be placed back in cabinet after cleaning yet there was no dishwasher detergent left. Dish soap and a dirty/pre-used sponge were by the sink. In the middle of a pandemic and just basic sanitation protocols dishes should be run through the dishwasher over hand washing. For off season pricing it was great. If I had to pay peak season pricing I would have complained about cleaning. For the price we just cleaned it ourselves. We would stay again IF CLEANED.
