Stylish, modern and large studio apartment with balcony near the exhibition grounds.

In this beautiful and furnished studio apartment with four sleeping places you can enjoy the highest comfort on 31m2 close to the centre. The large studio is equipped with a modern kitchen and a bathroom. The studio has one single bed, one double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for four persons with cutlery, crockery and pans and is equipped with two hotplates as well as a combination appliance that can be used both for baking and as a microwave. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. A small balcony is also part of the studio.

In the basement there are washing machines, which can be used freely. For business and pleasure, Wi-Fi Internet and a flat screen TV are available free of charge.

You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend, yet many leisure and recreation facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Lucerne railway station, the old town and most of the sights are two kilometres away and can be reached by train, bus, on foot or by car in no time at all.

Nice stay

I loved the service. The staff was so kind and helpful. My coffe machine was broken and it was replaced immediately. I have adored the location because there are a forest and many sport venues near there. I also liked that there is an ironing board and ironing device in the room. Unfortunately my sleep on the bed was not good. The pillows were constantly spreading out, I felt like I had not a pillow under my head. Also, I felt the mattress of the bed uncofortable (I can not explain why). For me, the mattress of the sofa was better to sleep on. Also, I would appreciate it, if there was a broom and a dustpan in the room, so I could do the cleaning of the room.
