Beautiful and furnished studio apartment in a quiet and central location.
This studio is ideal for a shorter or longer stays in Lucerne. The studio has a spacious room and is equipped with everything you need for your work and leisure time. Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen as well as towels are included in the price. All ancillary costs are also included in the price. Thanks to a small kitchenette you can cook for yourself. The kitchen corner is equipped with two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom belonging to the apartment has a shower, hair dryer and various hygiene articles.
Washing machines and dryers are available on the ground floor of the apartment building. .
You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Also some restaurants are not far away. The restaurant Militärgarten at Horwerstrasse 76 or the Ristorante-Cafeteria Accademia at Zihlmattweg 20 are recommended, for example.
