The beautiful, exclusive and furnished studio apartment "Verkehrshaus II" offers all around comfort on 25m2. The apartment is equipped with three beds, consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for three persons with crockery, cutlery and pans, has two hotplates as well as a combination appliance that can be used both for baking and as a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath towels and bed linen are provided.



In the basement there are washing machines and dryers, which can be used freely.

Wi-Fi and a TV with international channels are available for business or pleasure.



You live centrally on the Luzerner Allmend and have leisure and recreation opportunities in the immediate vicinity. In the nearby Bireggwald, for example, you can take a leisurely walk and enjoy the wonderful Swiss air. Here you can also take a hike close to the city, which offers a varied change of views of the lake and Pilatus.

The apartment is optimally connected to public transport. The bus stop Zihlmattweg of line 20 is located directly on the street in front of the residential high-rise. From here the bus takes you to the main station, the city and the lake in only about 7 minutes.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
