Clean rooms. Great communication which included reaching out to us when we had left something and helped us get it picked up.Kitchen has necessary daily items. However the coffee pot had grounds left in it when we arrived.

Perfect for what we needed, just far enough away from the noise and traffic to be comfortable, but close enough to downtown we could go where ever we needed, plenty of shops and food nearby to.

The house was in a good location. Decent house that could use some updates and a good cleaning as there were spiderwebs on ceilings and a lot of dust and lint on all ceiling fans and vents. Property did not have a grill as advertised, back deck was in need of repairs especially the steps.

This was a great choice for our trip to the Omaha Zoo with 3 of our grandsons and their parents. The location was just a short distance to the zoo, dining and shopping. There was a park nearby for the grandsons to play in. We enjoyed our stay.

The property had everything we needed. It was large enough for all of us with the 3 bedrooms and the pullout in the basement. The backyard is great for the kids to run around. Nice neighborhood and close to any stores and food places. The host was great to work with and responded quickly to inquiries. We will look for this property again next time we are staying in Omaha.

Communication with the host was excellent. The home is comfortable and the fenced backyard is spacious. We found that it was very convenient and easy to drive to local attractions like the zoo and botanical gardens. Overall we loved our stay
