Beautiful Updated Condo in Ocotillo/Chandler!

FANTASTIC CONDOMINIUM in LUXURY GATED complex in golf community of Ocotillo in Chandler, Arizona. This waterfront condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and has recently been updated with new paint, carpet, and new furniture.
The living room has two new sofas with a huge flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a thick Serta pillow-top mattress and it's own private flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a separate shower and garden tub.
The second bedroom is split from the master and has a queen bed with a full bath right next to it. Our spacious breakfast area overlooks the beautiful community water feature.
Spend time on the back patio relaxing by the water drinking your coffee, or at the HEATED pool and hot tub. There is a fitness center on-site as well.
For those GOLF LOVERS, a mile away is Ocotillo Golf Course, a premier golf destination in the Valley of The Sun. Golf at Ocotillo includes 27 holes of stunning golf designed by renowned course architect Ted Robinson and is a recipient of Golf Digest’s 4 1/2 Star Best Places to Play Award. - see our link below for pictures and course layout. Make sure all trash is in an outside container and set out if it is a day for pickup.

Leave the garage door opener, pool fob and mail key on the kitchen counter

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
