Zion/Sand Hollow Retreat

Come enjoy Southern Utah at its finest in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of comfort. Enjoy a lighted sports court with basketball and pickle-ball. Relax in this 2 bedroom apt. with an extra vanity, one full bath, laundry room with a full size washer dryer, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of space (just under 900 sqft.) private outdoor patio. Located 12 miles from St. George, 3 miles from Sand Hollow State Park and sand dunes, 30 miles to Zion National Park. Quail Lake State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater close by. This is a downstairs apt with a private entrance. Owners on site and live upstairs (please be aware of possible noise from a family living upstairs) Bedroom one has a king bed, closet, love seat, two nightstands, dresser, with usb and plugins, and extra vanity, this bedroom has a vanity in it and is connected to the full bathroom. Bedroom two, has an additional king bed, love seat, lots of space. Laundry/food service area includes small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and simple dining bar. Outdoor area includes private patio with sitting area, also has access to a basketball/pickle-ball court with equipment provided, this court has lights and can be used from 7am to 10pm. Parking provided in front of the house, if you have a trailer, please contact owners for details. Parking must be off the street with access to the private entrance on a sloped concrete sidewalk. NO PETS, NO SMOKING on property of any kind.

We loved staying here! We were impressed by how spacious and clean the place was for the price! It was one of the more roomy places we had stayed in! Also, the bed was much nicer to sleep in than many we have slept in. The location is great also, especially if you like a more quiet and peaceful location.

Short Thanksgiving trip in St. George

Excellent property with incredible owners. Everything was clean and the washer and dryer was key. The owners thought of everything, from a coffee machine and microwave to the soap and dryer sheets. All of the comforts of home.
