Tolle Unterkunft mit riesen Grundstück

Schönes altes Landhaus in Alleinlage mit großem Grundstück. Der pool ist etwas in die jahre gekommen aber wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz, perfekt für kinder zum spielen und gemütliche überdachte Terrasse für die Erwachsenen. Netter und sehr sehr unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Von unserer seite auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Schöne Ferienzeit

Die sanitären Anlagen im Haupthaus waren leider nicht in Ordnung, aus der Dusche im Erdgeschoss kam beispielsweise nur tropfenweise Wasser. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der freundlichen Betreuung durch Lorenzo. Fast jede Nacht Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft war störend für einige Teilnehmer. Die Lage ist ansonsten super zwischen Pinien und Olivenbäumen, sehr zu empfehlen.

Leider ziemlich ungepflegt &renovationsbedürftig

Die Grösse des Hauses und der Umschwung entsprechen einer Villa. Aber leider kann man das andere nicht als Villa bezeichnen. Es bräuchte dringend eine Grundreinigung und eine Renovation. Defekte Lampen und Schalter etc. Es fehlte ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad ( nicht wie angegeben 8 Sch.Zi und 5 Bäder) Allgemein sehr ungepflegt, drinnen und draussen. Eigentlich wäre es ein tolles Anwesen, wenn man besser dazu schauen würde. Wir konnten,dank Interhome,nach 2 Nächten in ein anderes Haus umziehen.

„Außen hui“ - „innen pfui“

Von außen war es mediterran und schön. Leider ist die Inneneinrichtung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Die Betten sind komplett durchgelegen, quietschen bei jeder Bewegung und sehr unbequem- Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert! An der Hygiene hat es sehr gemangelt, mussten erst mal selber putzen. Bettdecken und Kissen wurden lieblos in Abstellraum geschmissen, sodass schon spinnen ein zu Hause daraus machten. Duschen im Haupthaus kaum möglich, da keine Vorhänge vorhanden sind. Nebenhaus ok.

Eventuellement revoir installation électrique, sinon séjour conforme à nos attentes. Xxx est amical et totalement à notre écoute. A noter, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables. Lave-vaisselle OK. Ustensiles de cuisine OK. Piscine OK, on peut ajouter 1 ou 2 parasols. Merci pour ce séjour.

Lomalla Toscanassa

Paikka oli kaunis ja pihapiiri uima-altaineen viihtyisä. Valitettavasti etukäteistietoa ei ollut siitä, että taloa ei saa lämmittää enää toukokuussa, joten kosteat ja kylmät vuodevaatteet ja koko talon kylmyys yllättivät. Osa ryhmästä sairastui tästä syystä. Sähkön toimivuudessa oli ongelmia, mm. pesukoneen osalta. Keittiössä hyvin astioita, mutta kaikkea ruoanlaittoon liittyvää työkalustoa ei löytynyt. Asunnon vastuuhenkilö oli ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Oliiviöljystä kiitos hänelle!
