We have strived to think of everything you will need to enjoy a comfortable, restful and happy visit to the upstate of SC. A walker or runner's paradise, with miles of unduplicated side-walked streets through the upscale neighborhood boasting lovely vintage homes. Located approx 30 mins from popular Downtown Greenville and Tryon Equestrian Center; 20 mins from Greenville, Spartanburg airport. Charlotte or Asheville, just 80 miles away on I-85 or I-26.

Father’s Day 2023

This is the second time staying and probably not the last. The welcome with lights on during evening was a nice sight. Easy check in and cleanliness equals the charm of the home. Perfect location for Spartanburg. Very walkable neighborhood.

Wonderful home

We came down for my daughters graduation. The house was just what I had hoped for. Pam is an amazingly attentive host. I would definitely rent from her again.
